Modular Farmer's Co-op Building

It has taken a while to plan and build but only my second true modular building is up and running.

What's on the inside you may ask ?

Yes, there is a lot in this one, no stickers all brick, plate and technic part built.

Looks nice. I think you should use a slightly different color for the front top bit above the white.

Thank you, a different colour where ?

I based this on as usual for me an actual building in Sydney I will try and find a link for it.

Yes, good old Google Maps link on the above link and you will see an old hardware store, then you will see why it's coloured this way.

I see. I guess the top of the facade above the white line above the windows. Maybe work a bit of that dark red color.

Okay, simple a row of dark plates lifting the top tan section up by one row of plates. I will see if I have these in stock or not and have an update up A.S.A.P.

I like the entrance! Nice interior on the ground floor too! I think my town is in urgent need of a hardware store now. You should build more true modulars LT!

Thank you, I chose to do a farmer's one because it was different but to the period the modulars are designed in it was very common plus it would fit either urban city or larger rural town layouts.

I've been bitten by the modular bug so yes, more is coming ;)

I read you used no stickers. The "co-op" sign is very well-designed.

Thank you very much, the sign was the hardest part to come up with but only took a day and half to build from scratch.

Currently it's support count on Ideas is 28, oh well I was hoping for more.
