I have looked at this several times and am even more amazed each time by all the detail inside and out. Hard to pick a favorite part of the build because all the details add us to such a warm holiday feeling. You definitely captured the spirit of the season with so much going on. The exterior textures are outstanding with an outstanding roof, walls and stone entrance along with many other features.

The colors work very well and heighten the sense of holiday enjoyment. Not one area needs improvement or change. Way to go, Karen!

Thanks so much for all the comments. I am glad the holiday feeling comes through.

The athomsphere in this build is outstanding. The exterior is already very nice but the interior is beyond awesome. So many nice little builds with clever part usages. A true inspiration.

I have absolutely no idea how you come up with these creative ideas, nor where on earth you get all these rare parts my wife and I have been looking for for ages, but this is smashing.

The interior scenes are unsurpassed, the kitchen-dining room picture is adorable.
Pity about the hand painted baby lion "teddy bear" (only joking  ).

Keep clicking those bricks together, I love your work.

Thanks! I have probably spent too much time looking for the right part for some of these creations but it was fun all the same. I toyed with the idea of a full sized Hobbes but thought a teddy bear size one was more appropriate and the only way to achieve it was by painting a panda :)

wow, this is so cool, and your influences, especially Dr Who special, made me think right away of the ones I have seen, but even more than that, the house is spectacular and this is a great build, everyone keeps upping their status with every one of these, fantastic job

The Doctor Who Christmas specials are a favourite at our house, especially the Victorian influenced episodes like The Snowmen and A Christmas Carol . Thanks for the nice comments.
