Dakar A Posted August 18, 2016 Posted August 18, 2016 Snaillad, you must be the master of art deco styled city MOCs by now. And honestly, if/when I ever get around to making one of my own, I am going to peruse your Flickr first. These are great, and I dig the unique choice of business in the women's clothing shop. Quote
snaillad Posted August 23, 2016 Author Posted August 23, 2016 Wow!!! Love it!!! - you also make great pictures Greetings Can't believe you don't work for Lego yet. You always do such great art deco! I like the contrast of older buildings set in the 1960s... gives it a great sense of time/place. Marvellous, absolutely fantastic! Thank you carebear, Gongoro73, eliza and Captain Braunsfeld Another great work! The interiors are real eyecatchers - love the old-fashioned tv set in Gini's, and the clothing boutique has a nice, airy feel to it. Is there anything in the upper floor of Gini's? Thanks RogerSmith! Sadly nothing upstairs, it would have been difficult to support a second floor with on the two side walls. A beautiful build, the interior is just as stunning as that brilliant exterior. Another fantastic Art Deco style building from you! I especially love the outstanding SNOT sections on the facade. Wow. Another amazing build. Flawless! Excellent job!! Love the detail inside the electronics shop and all of the various appliances! As usual a really nice build in this style. You have gone all out using Brick with groove in Sand Green . Gorgeous inside details! The shops are amazing and the whole building is a masterpiece! Very well done ...like always from you! Cheers Steph 104th, ER0L, Man with a hat, Bartram, Wookiee and LEGO Train 12 Volts. I appreciate and read all your comments! Quote
The Plastic Archer Posted August 23, 2016 Posted August 23, 2016 (edited) Great work! The woman looking in the mirror is a clever build. Edited August 23, 2016 by The Plastic Archer Quote
Withacee Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 Another great one. Your style is unmistakable, Both shop interiors are smashing. My absolute favourite parts are the exterior of the smaller building on the right and the ground floor façade of the electrical store. Keep clicking those bricks together! Quote
Palixa And The Bricks Posted August 25, 2016 Posted August 25, 2016 I love your style! It's so unique. The colours and shaping of both buildings are wonderful. My favourite parts this time are the different electronical devices and the interior of the boutique. Quote
Kristel Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 As always, stunning design and impeccable details, and instantly recognisable as one of yours! Quote
