I tried to make the cockpit as small as possible to maximize room for luggage - I think I succeeded.

I'd sure feel protected in that thing! I wouldn't be cramped either! Plenty of room and it looks really heavy, which is good, plenty of armor. Instead of minifigs going in there though, this is such a massive APC, that you could put tiny tanks, or other small vehicles in there! Hey, troops need quick support vehicles deployed to them without them getting blown up before they get there! :-P

That's very cool! A big heavily armoured troop/vehicle transport, with a couple o massive cannons for defence! :-D Can't beat that! Great job! *y* *y* I really like the cock-pit too. *sweet*

Great Moc Brickmaster! I love think it's a clash between star wars Lego and old school Lego such as the first

space sets. The wheels are great yet i too have to agree with Asuka and Vader, you should have a little

more detail inside! ;-)

Could we maybe have some pics with it going into battle? X-D happy building!

That is one fantastic APC (what does that mean actually ? :-$ )

It means Armoured Personel Carrier :-$

And thanks for comments everyone - It does have some engines underneath, but I never really thought of taking pictures - and im not really sure what else to put in the huge cargo hold :-(

Any ideas, anyone?

Oh wow! Welcome back to building for sure. You're good, aren't you? It's nice to see another strong space builder join us. IMO, we don't have near enough around here! I will get my one criticism about this out of the way: it smacks of Clone Turbo Tank a little. Besides that, I'm really inspired by it. I have wanted to build a similar armored vehicle for a long time and you've got my gears working on it again, so thank you. I really like the way you constructed the doors on this. I really like the doors on your dropship too, so I've put you in the smart category. ;-) While I did say it looks Turbo Tank-ish, I also think there's a lot of originality on the shape and design of it. I love the gunner's turret especially. The color choice here is simple yet effective too. And that is a great set of guns!!

Thanks for sharing and I can't wait to see more from you. Welcome back to building! *sweet* *y*

Nice MOC! It reminds me of the WWII German Halftracks. Looks like a space version! The only thing this vehicle misses is the nose.

Could it be that was your source of inspiration?

Originally my inspiration was to build something out of the AT-TE 4482 set http://www.brickset.com/detail.aspx?Set=4482-1

(Look around abit and you can find many of the special parts used on there)

Alot to say to this one, thank you very much for all your compliments *wub* After I was done building it (afew hours) I was also surprised how much it looked like the turbo tank :-D though I must say, it was not my inspiration *sad*

And about the space building.. it is ALL I do, so you will probably be seeing much more space around here then :-P

And many brownie points to you for putting me in the smart category :-$

Thank you all for the comments (Especially Mr Hinckley!)

Great APC with loads of room inside! *wub* I wish you put the cockpit some where else though; I can't see how the poor guy can see where he is going with those giant cannons. :-P It's pretty cool just the same and I look forward to seeing more from you.

Great APC, love the shape of the thing!

In the rear you can put some seats for your troops, some weaponracks and storage compartments would do nicely too i think.
