That Teddy Bear was part of the Belville line. The Toys"r"us truck is the only system set to include it. The Bellville theme had a lot of freaky stuff going on, but does provide some interesting parts in unique colors. Here are some of my personal favorites.

Not sure what's going on with that dog, I kind of want one though.

The bear is okay. Just a standard soul-less teddy.

That poor, traumatized dog is hilarious! The humanoid Belville figures are weirdly proportioned, especially that prince. I could almost tolerate that fairy, maybe.

As for creepy minifigs... I'm certain someone unfamiliar with the Hobbit/Lord of the Rings would find Gollum terrifying:

Perhaps my unfamiliarity with Spongebob is why I find this minifig slightly frightening.

Why is the SpongeBob Patrick minifigure flesh toned? It makes it look so much more disturbing than it would be with his normal pinkish colour. Actually it still would be creepy.

How many children and baby ducklings have you eaten today, Patrick?
