Zerobricks Posted February 28, 2016 Posted February 28, 2016 I've got 18 left. Thats A LOT.... You're selling them for around 12 quids/wheel? I'd be interested, but my paypal is rather low ATM, and price is a bit hight, I'd settle for 10€ for a wheel. They would be loved in my warm home... And tortured on trucks Quote
zux Posted February 28, 2016 Posted February 28, 2016 Priced them at £50 for 4. Is this for wheel+tyre? Quote
DrJB Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 Not sure where the idea of keeping 8 as the bare minimum came from .... as I do have exactly 8. Two came with the Power Puller, 4 with the 8466, and 2 I got extra from BL a while back. I want to keep the 8466 as it is (to me) an iconic supercar. In all honesty, I do not care much for the actual PP with all those engine blocks, but, again that is just personal preference. Quote
andythenorth Posted February 29, 2016 Author Posted February 29, 2016 Is this for wheel+tyre? Yes. Quote
dr_spock Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 You could make a Star Wars clone turbo tank with 10 of those wheels/tires. Quote
Rockbrick Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 definately keep 8 and sell the rest - only because Tatra.... Quote
andythenorth Posted February 29, 2016 Author Posted February 29, 2016 14 are needed for this... http://s4.e-monsite.com/2011/08/30/67134866rolligon-14x14-khan-pdf.pdf Quote
Zerobricks Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 I do belive their value is going to go down now that the Xerion has even bigger, more agressive wheels. Quote
andythenorth Posted February 29, 2016 Author Posted February 29, 2016 I do belive their value is going to go down now that the Xerion has even bigger, more agressive wheels. Agreed. The Power Puller is ideal for terra-tyred vehicles, but for tractors and off-road trucks, nah not so much. I was happy to sell mine at a 30% discount or so on the average Bricklink selling price, someone else can enjoy them. Quote
Rockbrick Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 I do belive their value is going to go down now that the Xerion has even bigger, more agressive wheels. I think the real reason is the custom RC Tyres that fit onto the standard rim - the xerion will help too to bring the price down but its not had time to have an effect on the market yet Quote
andythenorth Posted March 13, 2016 Author Posted March 13, 2016 I've stuck 4 more Power Puller wheels on eBay today. Also started finding other stuff to sell, City stuff and kids toys go on Facebook locally, trains go on eBay. Selling turns out to be very addictive Quote
