Has anything like this happened to you guys, they delivered an order but had missing torsos, my entire count, not just one or two. Do they deliver them separately?

I would check the order to see if they have been canceled (seems like a lot of orders get parts canceled when they are out of stock and are going out of production).

If not there is probably a mistake and I would contact CS, I do not think they split up PAB orders (they have enough orders in backlog no need to create more by splitting orders:tongue:).

As Roebuck said. I would check if they are listed in your order details and if so contact costumer care - if it is not listed there it might just ship later, or if it is a retired part, not at all.

I got a split order once, I got the whole order, just two female Lions were sent seperately later. Was actually surprised when the later ordered, because when they were not with the order and were not listed either (and they took less money for the order) I just assumed they were canceled and had no idea what I had odered when I got the tracking code.

The thing is, they already lost my order from last November, I placed three orders back to back in early January with this one arriving yesterday, the order number is different for sure, but they never gave me a heads up. I have three tracking numbers pending on the local post office and UPS, but I have no clue what’s arriving.

Im more stressed with the order from November, but it took Lego three weeks to reply my original customer service email, it’s just getting ridiculous at this rate, good thing I checked my count thinking of you guys having issues recently, but when my count was off by 10 pieces, I had to dig through the bestsellers orders that arrived already to make sure. What a headache

I ordered a few parts last week when they finally restocked and made them Bestseller parts.  Order arrived yesterday.  When I opened it everything on the packing list was there but I thought I had ordered more than 4 different parts.  Checked the actual order and saw they didn't send me either of the Space torsoes I had ordered, 12 in each color.  Figured I'd have to call them today to find out what's going on.  I just received an email that they are backordered and they will send them as soon as they restock.  One of the colors was still showing as available online so I don't know why they didn't send those with the other parts.  I've also got two standard part orders that have supposedly shipped but no updates on the DHL website that they've arrived in this country yet.  One has already dropped off my daily USPS notifications but still showing if I login to my USPS account.

I just received a cancellation for Black Falcon shields. I ordered 10 of them back in November along with other parts (£150+). They held up sending that whole order all that time (I have had three PAB orders delivered since placing that one) and then cancel it. Yet they managed to supply multiple 100s of those shields to bricklink sellers. I don't have anything against people reselling but it seems strange that they don't put limits on popular parts.

I had two Lego DHL orders in today but my missing torsos arrived just now, from Chicago, not Denmark. 
My other Bricks and pieces order that was late, arrived split also. I guess they are sending them at random intervals for the time being. It’s just confusing for me because It feels like 4 different orders got split into 7 now making me anxious what’s going to arrive and what isn’t 🤣

Big yes, so my torsos from the gumball machine, and the shields we know they switched over to bestsellers are exactly the ones that got delayed/sent separately. Everything standard like minor pieces and faces got sent from Europe, now that I’m looking at the order

Not sure if right thread.

Vending Machine 21358, the Hydra vinking torsos, legs and helm. Do not show at all in Sweden "europe?"

And the Horse knight legs from Medieval Horse Knight Castle 31168 are awol too.

Parts go in and out of stock and sometimes they disappear completely and reappear later. I would not worry about it unless there are parts from a set that has retired :shrug_oh_well:

I just noticed the Horse Knight legs missing too as I was going to order some last night. As Roebuck said, not something to worry about as this happens all the time. Just keep watching the site and search by set number as the part number may be changed.

Yep, Horse Knights legs back.

Kraken vikings, should not disappear forever, due to them being in the allowed list for BDP10.

I'll someday try to order Horse Knights and Viking Krakens. Not army build, but a King needs some company when travelling. 

A few Griffin Knights too. Forgot to write this.

They shipped me an order yesterday and today I got a mail saying 1 part was backordered! It's marked "Partial shipped/Partial backordered", so apparently @eldiano this could be a thing now however I assume they should tell you if that is the case with your order.

Guess what part that was missing: Snails!:laugh::tongue:

Had my order from 22nd November last year shipped 2 days ago with a dozen parts cancelled (by request) and 2 backordered then 24 hours later the 2 backordered parts were cancelled. Couple of parts shame not to get but surprised others have been sent. Lets see if they actually show up!

Better than 2 years where I had 2 orders from November 2024 not move at all with chasing every month and cancelling out of stock parts eventually getting to July 2025 when they outright cancelled both orders even though half parts were still available and I had to reorder to get them.

Maybe it is a step in the right direction of moving parts they sit on versus waiting for all the pieces to arrive and come in, granted they never told me anything but it did arrive a few days later, it’s just the wait and the lack of communication that’s killing me!

They just shipped me an order but cancelled the two printed bowed parts for the baby spaceman face.  Still waiting on the classic space torsos from the prize machine that I ordered when they showed up as bestsellers that they put on backorder.  I was worried about the ugly Christmas sweaters because the space themed one disappeared from the website but they've shipped that order.

They did the same to me, they backordered a few parts then cancelled them within a couple of days. I was rather annoyed as I had bought some minidoll baby heads and bodies. They sent the bodies but cancelled the heads. So I complained that they did not give me the chance to cancel the bodies and that I want to return them for a refund as they did not supply the heads that go with them. I didn't get a response but a few days later I got an order email saying the heads are on their way even though they are out of stock on PAB. So they do have stock but refused to fulfill the order. I have nothing against them keeping back parts for replacement parts rather than PAB, but if they have accepted orders and held them a couple of months, it is very poor customer service not fulfilling orders but instead retaining those parts for other reasons.

I'm a bit peeved about the delay on the space torsos.  They are both now showing as available under standard parts but I ordered when they were listed as bestsellers.  Guess I might have to call Customer service to see if they can do anything to expedite.

Maybe, time will tell, something is wrong with the system that is for sure :wacko:

My third order suddenly dropped in cost and when I look at it the pirate coins now cost 0, so the order is now below the free shipping limit.
Do this mean that coins are cancelled? I for sure will not pay shipping for Lego error :tongue:..

News from the Bricktastic PAB talk via the PAB discord.

  • Increased the headcount in the polish warehouse by 50%
  • 13/1-26 5600 orders where picked in the bestseller warehouse!
  • pickers can do 4 orders at the same time (could be why some parts are extra or missing?)
  • 45 rows with a average of 350 bins!
  • In the last few weeks they can finally part ship orders (makes sense with my latest orders)

I am wondering, where did you see they were canceled? Did you get a mail about it or anything?

They will not make you pay shipment, if it is because they canceled something. Same as they never cancel GWPs for the same reason.
