However too bad about the castle, if this was something you just ordered because it was on sale its one thing, but if this was your only one you planned to build a lot worse *huh*

That was going to be my Christmas gift to myself... I've been trying to justify it for a few years, but with the sale and retirement next month, things had finally lined up for me to be able to buy it. Got checked out right at midnight, got my "Order Confirmed" e-mail... And it was cancelled in the morning. Really sucks, but it's on me for trying to wait for that last sale, I suppose... And now I'll have to wait 5-8 years for the next Castle revival!

I guess they went out of stock within a minute after midnight? We had the same happening here, hence so many canceled orders or orders that didn´t even got through. Western Europe had more stock, they could still order some hours later...

I had it in my cart and ready to check out and then kicked me off the site and got placed into a waiting room. Five minutes later got back in and it was out of stock. Frustrated that a 10 day sale only lasted a couple minutes. Lego rarely gives discounts on exclusives. I waited for this one. Guess I can look at the bright side, I didn’t spend any money. The bummer is I didn’t get the discount, the points or the 3 GWPs.
The parts on B&P that went on sale, I was unfortunately too late to the game. Would have liked some of those cows, torsos and other fun pieces. Again, saved me from spending money, I guess.

I have placed three Pick a Brick Standard orders in the last week and a half and ALL THREE shipped within two days.

Also, for those in the US, all three have now appeared in the USPS Informed Delivery listings again, after an absence for quite a while. All three orders have now left the DHL facility in New Jersey, which i assume means they've gone through customs and will arrive with me in a few days. Very impressive!

I had this show up on my Informed Delivery notices "DHL ECOMMERCE NORDIC LAX".  I'm hoping it is for the first standard part order I made on 11/17.  In the past mine always came through the New Jersey facility so this is new.  I don't recall having any other orders from anywhere else that this might be for.

It happened to me, so yes, it’s from Lego, they use international services to ship it to New Jersey who in turn usually use, USPS or UPS to deliver them 😭😭 I had an order stuck in customs for two months from Lego. But DHL showed up on the tracking

The tracking info shows it will be coming through Whittier, CA rather than New Jersey.  I'll be keeping watch to see where else it moves through.  In the past they always came to me through New Jersey.  Looks like it has arrived in Denver, CO expected delivery by Tuesday according to DHL.

The B&P were done badly this year for the Western Europe zone. I also had cows, more Black Falcons, etc in my cart at the sale prices but all went out of stock after the central European time zone promotions started but before it did in UK (and presumably Portugal and Ireland). It is an issue where there is shared stock but the promotions don't start at the same time due to local time differences.

I assumed it would happen so placed a smaller order at the sale prices beforehand but obviously didn't get the promotions or double points on those.

I placed an order on the 28th of October and it still hasn't shipped although when I contacted CS about it, they gave me some bonus points to make up for the long delay.

I just hope it ships soon and that no parts get canceled.

August parts are showing up!
However a lot of expensive parts..
Snake and horse shields are 2-3$ each.
The crown part and ghost are 5-6$ each and no sign of the torso or legs yet:def_shrug:
Foals are 6$, but the most ridiculous are a racoon tail part for 30$ *huh*

Dude, i bought 26 pieces and the total was 61 bucks. I knew lego wasn’t going to release the torsos of the august sets, if not now, never. Damn, bricklink it is.

The really bizarre thing is that you can get a medium nougat version for $1.16, but the light grey version is $29.63. Ludicrous!

Seems like they have technical issues, probably seen all the complaints  so the Knights will be up later today.. probably not cheap 🙈

I'm waiting for the next GWP to be available before I order any parts.  Hope there are still some available.

Yes I can wait for a GWP or double points or hopefully both..

My PaB order from the 28th going to Australia finally shipped (or so it says on the order status page) and it seems like they haven't had to cancel anything so that's good.

I had some heads and other things cancelled from my Nov 13th order and it looks like something similar for one of my Dec 1 orders.

Fastest turn around for both best seller and standard brick order! My November 30th order of the lower torso from the new castle creator set arrived!!!! Everything is marked shipped in the lego website and have a bunch of parcels from EWR Nordic DHL and UPS about to be delivered within the next few days! Hell my GWP’s haven’t arrived yet, but my first standard order arrived! Perfect timing especially for the holiday rush!

I hope they manage to continue this into next year. It's really rather excellent.

I've just checked and two orders from Dec 6 and 8 are showing up on USPS and should be delivered in the next few days too. Although it's 'just' some of the new parts released to have in the collection, rather than for a specific build, so a bit less exciting. I ordered them to get the micro Ninjago City GWP sets they were doing for really low thresholds recently. Both of which only showed up today, so pretty impressive than standard B&P is a similar timescale to regular sets.

Dude I’m amazed also! Last time they had this fast turn around was back in 2021, now I’m looking for more parts to buy 😍

I place small orders for new parts so it doesn’t get delayed but now I’m wishing I did the opposite!

I’m hopeful for a quick turnaround on my standard parts order. The best-seller 1/2 of an order arrived yesterday. Either quality control is lacking, or I have the poorest luck with these orders. More often than not, there are either missing pieces, or damaged parts (sometimes both). I have not yet received more pieces or extra parts as some here have posted about. My mistake is I usually end up calling and asking Lego to fix their mistakes each time. Last time I called about a problem with an order, the customer service representative mentioned that I call them often. This comment troubled me as I tried to politely explain that I can’t control what arrives (if parts are missing or damaged) I even offer to send pictures of the damaged items to show them. For fear that they don’t believe me when parts are missing, and fear that I might be “blacklisted”,  I am choosing not to call about the missing torso from my latest order. This bugs me, because I at least want Lego to fulfill their promise to send me what I ordered and paid for. Here’s hoping that my standard orders (from Dec 1 &  Dec 13) arrive quickly and correctly. 🤞
