You literally just posted a bunch of animals and one spaceman, what does that have to do with the castle figs in question?.  Lego knows they have a huge amount of people buying these figs they will be on PAB for awhile.

I wasn't referring specifically to the castle figs in my original post.  I just happened to list some of what I had ordered including parts of some of the other minifigs that were available when I placed my order.  There were quite a few other parts in my order.  I try to order a few of each part I'm interested in when they first get released because too much never ends up getting restocked once it runs out the first time.   Geodes are rocks, not animals.  If you blinked you missed out on those.  And I only listed two animals along with the geodes & the spaceman torso.

I know what Geodes are and I did end up getting a few of those.  It seemed like you were talking about the new fig parts more than anything.  I do also try to get things when they first come out.  I got into the habit of every PAB order to just order a horse, a barding, some swords especially the detailed ones from Ninjago or Dreamzzz, the HP cups, sheep, certain capes, certain plant piece etc, etc.  I just try to grab what I can afford every time I order that way I can grab some of the rarer parts.   I also wish the black squirrel was on PAB longer I think I only have 2 or 3 of them

Yes, I do the same.  I think I was only able to get a few of those Tax Collector parts that have been mentioned in another thread.  I'm really peeved the new style flasks that were in the Potions Class for HP got retired so quickly.  I was really hoping they'd make those in some other colors eventually.  Took me forever to get both parts of the Orca and I never was able to get extra Elephants.  At least with the minifigs one can always use plain legs if the specialized ones disappear to soon.  But the Torsos are tough if they don't make enough and then don't restock.

Yeah I have a few of the tax collector parts.  The Orca is great.  I don't have any of the round HP flasks I hope they do come in other sets at some point.  I am glad the lobster came back and picked up a few more of those.  The new Pigeon piece is fantastic.  The Dreamzzz sword is really great too, I have several of the grey on grey one and some of the Black/trans pink and Gold/trans blue ones.  I usually pick up several minifig parts from Ninjago, Dreamzzz, Monkie kid and other parts for customizing my castle/fantasy world.

Sometimes there is a problem, but at least the geodes was just up on PAB a short time before the set retired right?
There probably was a bigger issue in the USA, since one of the services was closed a long time and the tax issues on top of that..
As long as the vendor machine do not suddenly retire I do not think there is a problem with them, however it will take some time before all parts are in stock at the same time again probably.
If you are not a member I recommend joining the parts channel on Discord, they you can get a notice when parts you are after come back in stock etc

The Geodes were only included in the Smart Play test Sets IMO, so it was actually surprising they were included at all, as well as the animals from those sets.

The monochrome geodes were only in those SMART Play test sets.  I was shocked when they showed up on PAB and made sure to order some of them immediately along with the animals.  I don't think the monochrome geodes ever got restocked.  Took forever to be able to get all the Infinity Stones too.  I remember the first round of the dual colored geodes a few years back the green crystal color was only in the minifig blister pack and the blue crystal color was only in a handful of regular sets.  Ordered them all when they were available on PAB but the green crystal color retired almost immediately & the blue crystal one lasted maybe another year or two.  The one with the pink inside is the only one they still have on PAB along with the new one they just added that's orange inside.  When the Red Spaceman torsos were available I was trying to put together an order with some other parts that kept going in & out of stock.  Had them in my cart for about a week when they went out of stock for good so I never got them.  The latest retirements were a big problem for us in the US because of the whole tariff nonsense.  We missed out on a lot of stuff because of that situation.  I was travelling for a LEGO Convention and wasn't able to get an order in before everything got frozen.  I really wanted some extra of what were then current spacesuit torsos from the recent sets but due to them being "standard" parts for us they were long gone due to retirement by the time we got unfrozen.  Luckily I got some good deals on some of the retiring City Space sets so was able supplement my supply for the Space collab I'm involved with.  I'm not too worried about the vending machine minifig parts yet, but considering there seemed to be an issue with them not wanting to even put them on PAB part of me thinks some might only get a restock or two before disappearing.  I have a little bit of hope since they seem to plan to use them in some upcoming BDP sets.

Yeah, but the PAB wanted to have them, and they got them in the end, seems unlikely to me that they will remove them before the parts themselves retire, but of course you can never be 100% sure. In the end if they didn´t want to have them on PAB they wouldn´t have put them there, but they agreed to the compromise to have them there, but just to a later time.

As has been showcased, there are plenty of times pieces have only been available for a short period on PAB. So that's always a risk. I just think that the Vending Machine parts aren't going to be like that. There's been too much chatter from official Lego sources about their placement on PAB for them to be a limited run. I could be wrong, but it feels like those are pieces we won't have to worry about. Nevertheless, I've already placed 2 orders to get at least a small handful of the parts I want

The other issue is going out of stock as soon as they come back in stock.  I had to wait about six months to get any Black Falcons torsos, not because they were long term removed but because people kept buying them all as soon as they came back. Of course, after a while stock settles down.

We've had that problem with plenty of parts like the wolfpack torso too.  It's just a waiting game at this point.

I never waited months for the torsos, they always restock PaB weekly, the only real problem I usually have is with shields, those sell out instantly, usually here everyone is good about mentioned the restocks before they selling out again 😬

I waited a long while for BF and wolfpack as a I was always working when they got restocked.

Thanks, literally got what I needed, those shield prices increased by a dollar imho 🤣🤣 thank you so much 😭 the parts I needed were still in stock thankfully

They were only up for maybe two hours. I skipped ordering for now and decided to wait until both torsos and legs are available at the same time. Probably will be a couple months until that happens, I would guess. 

Any idea when the next wave of new parts might happen (and what pieces from sets that could be included) on PAB?

The legs were going in and out of stock this whole week, just order what you can because in my case I got what I needed a week and half apart and they shipped it already 😬we shall see

Dang, missed it. Those went quick. It will be nice when they initial demand dies down and we can get them easily.
