I don't think you need smaller wheels for the caster wheel, just try to assemble it in a different way, link it to the bot's frame farther from the floor.

Or you may use larger wheels for the EV3 servo motors.

Oh, thank you. I'm using only a 31313 set, so I don't have any bigger wheels than those in the video. I'll try to modify the frame.
