Jurss Posted October 26 Author Posted October 26 Some time has gone, some 2 ufinished contest entries and also some MOCs Small beach buggy is waiting for inspiration. But I started something new, as there could now all needed parts to make it nice. Tried new shaft, but for 15L wide 3L shaft is needed Some thinking about front axle, this is some 3rd iteration Now on wheels allready Some of engine interations, which could stay Adding side skirt Quote
1gor Posted October 26 Posted October 26 If you want classic dune / beach buggy rear suspension (based on Beatle) it has rear trailing arms with only one universal joint near differential; similar to 8860 set rear suspension)...but honestly I don't know how to make it without falling apart...I know how to suspension for some tractors or trucks, but maybee @Zerobricks has some ideas. Usually he comes up with interesting suspension ideas... Quote

I feel like a 911 on this chassis would be cool (proportions, flat 6, low profile tires..) Also if you like sacrificing a bit of chassis stiffness you could add front suspension quite easily I think (if that's something you like having on a model :)) Quote

Was planning for front, almost unusable with these rims. 1 hour ago, N1K0L4 said: I feel like a 911 on this chassis would be cool This is 911, beach buggy is somewhere up Quote
