Hello from Bavaria

My name is Stefan, I live near Augsburg, a city in Bavaria, Germany. I've been reading in this forum for a year and now i finally joined.

As a kid I played a lot with Lego, especially with sets from Castle and Space lineup, but when I turned 15 my Lego collection got stored away in the attic. Nine Years later, when my father got sick and I took care of him and I stayed home a lot, I started to build my old sets again as a kind of emotional compensation. Soon my Collection started growing and after my father passed away, I still feel connected to him when I build.

Today my favorite themes are Lego Space, Star Wars,Technic and City/Modulars. Besides Lego my hobbies are reading, archery and camping.

I am looking forward to participating in this great forum.

Hello Stefan, I wanted to send you a PM but can't do so until you have at least ten posts, so thought it was worth a shot bumping this and hoping you see it. I am starting a new job in the Augsburg area and will be moving there very soon. I was wondering if you knew some good places to buy Lego in the area. I've already found Spiel und Freizeit, which seems to have a very large selection, but thought I would ask and see if you had other suggestions. When you get a couple more posts, send me a PM.
