lightningtiger Posted November 24, 2014 Author Posted November 24, 2014 Wow! Great job! I always have to go to Australia Post to pick up my lego ordered online Thanks 'WarSquirrel', I only need to go to Aussie Post to pay bills or buy stamps......though it's interesting to them selling sewing machines, dvd players and kid's gardening kits ! In one respect selling odd ball products could lend more towards gift buying and then sending them via Aussie Post.......clever thinking.....maybe. Quote
CityBuilder Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Nice post office, I wonder if in 20 years it will still exist. Quote
lightningtiger Posted November 24, 2014 Author Posted November 24, 2014 Nice post office, I wonder if in 20 years it will still exist. Well, Babylon 5 series they still had a postal service for parcels. I might build a new postal van...not sure yet. Keep watching ! Quote
SeanJFry Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 (edited) Thanks and I do try basing my designs on real life......so where is your post office 'SeanJFry' ? You've caught me out Mr. Lightning. You would have to do a few mods to make your PO match my local. My local has the entrance inside a shopping centre, the counter is on the back wall, then behind that wall is the sorting area, with the post boxes on the external wall with access via the lane behind the shopping centre :) the Post Office is in a suburb of Melbourne. I do like how yours is laid out though! Edited November 25, 2014 by SeanJFry Quote
ShadowWolfHount Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 The post office looks pretty good looking, I really like the outsdie part of it and those computer that looks a little odd to me. Quote

I'm now quickly working entering the winter contest.....I better not let out what I'm doing ! And thanks for the comments 'ShadowWolfHount'.....that is one of my early computer screen designs, they'll get updated again when I have more cash. Keep watching ! (Oh, if anyone didn't notice those black mail boxes in the front wall......do work as mail boxes, the flaps open to slots to hold letters) Quote
