[MOC] Little Modulars

Hi everyone!

I usually don't post any creations here but my wife thinks that I should share this... so here it is!

Some time ago I tried to reduce the modulars in an attempt to have the space and money to build them in real bricks, since I've missed the opportunity to get the real ones (Dark Age).

This is the first one with a personal touch.

The blue columns near the door are supposed to be the original ones, but for some reason I couldn't put them on LDD.

I've build them to fit a 16x16 plate, the sidewalk is supposed to fit on the road plates. They are open back for easier access to the interior.

I didn't finished them all, soon I will post the Green Grocer, Fire Brigade and Grand Emporium.

Very, very nice! I really like the size. Right I between the 8x8 mini modulars and the full size ones, really good space conserving size. The interiors are also very good. I also am looking forward to more.
