Renamed99 Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 (edited) Hallo I am planing to build model that looks familiar to 42029, but fully motorized. i was working on chassis and fought, does this model require caster angle or mcpherson steering or suspension, still it will be outdoor model. So what should I do? What steering and suspension should I use? Edited November 11, 2014 by Jim Decreased font size Quote
Jim Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 Hi, For starters; please use the normal font when asking a question. No need to make it bigger or bold. Thanks There are currently two topics about the 42029 (maybe I will merge them later). Maybe it's discussed in one of the topics. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=91617&st=150 http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=99726 Quote

If your goal is to make it like a real full size pick-up truck, then it should have front and rear live axles with coil springs. If you are not trying to make it realistic, then just do whatever you like. Quote
