eurotrash Posted October 26, 2014 Posted October 26, 2014 Bus Stop I've been busy putting together some of my existing Modular MOCs together for a display in November, but I had an overwhelming urge to build something new, something smaller and compact. So here's my rural Bus Stop. It features a drinks vending machine, power pole, rain water downspouts and around the back a covered area for bike stands. Oh, and it has the missing Seagull from the Parisian Restaurant There's also the smallest bathroom I've ever built - it's a 4 x 4! One final shot! As usual comments, criticism and ridicule most welcome! Quote
Zerobricks Posted October 26, 2014 Posted October 26, 2014 I like the sloped roof! Nice details, love the small birdy. Quote
lightningtiger Posted October 26, 2014 Posted October 26, 2014 Great bus stop 'eurotrash'......I like that you included a loo - very handy if you are waiting for a while for a bus. Brick On 'eurotrash' ! Quote
Sven F Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 Definitely not a French bus stop, they do all the pipi-kaka activities around the back. I like it, the electricity pole is a great touch. Quote
Legogal Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 Hahaha! Great bus stop...very modern and sleek looking. Glad you found the lost seagull. (He must be exhausted flying from Denmark to Missouri.) Quote
KringlesBricks Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 I really like this one! Small and compact with very nice details. I'm loving the small bathroom, ha-ha! Quote
ItsaBRICKS Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 A very nice, compact bus stop. I've been trying to think of how I would do one for my city, and you have definitely given me some inspiration. Quote
ER0L Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 Great rural bus stop, I especially love the sloped roof (and the seagull, of course). Looking forward to the bus going with it ... Keep up the great work! Quote
eurotrash Posted October 27, 2014 Author Posted October 27, 2014 .....love the small birdy. .....Glad you found the lost seagull. (He must be exhausted flying from Denmark to Missouri.) I can't take credit for the Seagull as it's the one from the 5770 Creator Lighthouse Island set from a few years back. But he's not exhausted as he's just spent the last 28 days quarantined in New Jersey despite being symptom free... Thanks for all the comments! Quote
Paperballpark Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 Very nice! It's very busy for a rural bus stop though, and I've never ever seen a bus stop with a toilet! (at least, not here in the UK). Nice one though! Quote
TheLegoDr Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 Nicely done. The angled roof is a neat touch. I haven't ever been to a bus stop, as weird as that may be, so I wouldn't expect something of this grand scale. I've only seen benches with a sign that says Bus... hah The small restroom is fitting and it seems roomy enough for times like this. The power pole works well too. Quote
LAKAbricks Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 This is really a high-quality bus stop. Very nice build, good facilities. I wonder if the bus serving this stop has the same high standard. If it has, no wonder there are so many people attracted by the public transport of the area served Quote
dr_spock Posted October 30, 2014 Posted October 30, 2014 Great little bus stop. The washroom seems unusually clean. Quote
monsinjor Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 Great build! I love the roof and the toilet. Bravo! Quote
