matt_one Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 (edited) My newest "Gundam Style" mecha. Same size as my previous I-wave, the smallest I've done so far. More pictures here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/matt_one/sets/72157647597563229/ Edited October 23, 2014 by matt_one Quote
Zerobricks Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 What an awesome mech! So many angles and details... Can you share the file? You'd think its buildable IRL? Quote
matt_one Posted October 24, 2014 Author Posted October 24, 2014 Thank you ZBL! I will share the file at Mocpages soon. You could build this one with real Lego bricks but maybe some parts are not available in colors as shown in these pictures. I don't know if it will be strong enough, anyway it's not a big model. bacem Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 whoa! this is cool and epic! love the model, and details you put on him. it's not a big model. it seems we have different opinion about "big" Quote
matt_one Posted October 25, 2014 Author Posted October 25, 2014 Thank you Bacem! With "big" I mean its size and number of bricks. This is the smallest mecha I've made, others previous are bigger ( take a look at this one : ). Quote
hachiroku Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 (edited) Best Lego mech I've ever see, by far. Could you post a close pic of the head? Edited October 25, 2014 by hachiroku Quote
matt_one Posted October 26, 2014 Author Posted October 26, 2014 Thanks hachiroku! I'll find the time to make other renderings, though the head is not my favorite part of this project. It seems nice viewing from side, less attractive from front because eyes are not visible ( they are laid on a small 1x1 tile rotated 45° and I put decals on side faces). Anyway, you can find a large picture of the head at initial stage of the work, a month ago, on my Flickr photostream : https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5557/15306271056_b8b4d7cc61_o.jpg Quote
