Tobiasz Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 (edited) [pid][/pid] 157D Hi! I'd like to present my latest frigate - hms enterprize. It is my third frigate. She is smaller than my previous ships but I think the best but of course not yet perfect. It isn't a replica - I rather based of the greatest ships built by Perfectionist. And this time I took some ideas from Captain Greenhair's tutorial, sorry for poor quality of photos. Enjoy more pictures are here: http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=538712 [ I just now see that Dr_spock start the topic of my ship - so please to cancel it and leave comments here ] Edited January 19, 2014 by Admiral Croissant Quote
Kolonialbeamter Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Hi, Really nice work! Compact and decent! You found a clever way to integrate the stern galleries into the tumblehome! And great parts usage on using white plates clipped to the black fences as rolled-up hammocks! Lots of awesome details to be found here. The crew's busy, and I adore the look on the captain's face! Definitely British! Great improvement and addition to your fleet! Keep it up! Quote
Tycho McKorley Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Excellent work. I particularly enjoy the little details you threw in like the cat on the treasure chest and everything on the captain's cabin. Quote

Capt. Stabbin Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 Nice ship! I love the colorscheme. I too agree, that Perfectionist and Captain Green Hair make some of the best ships out there. I think your ship would look equally great next to one of their ships! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp] Quote
Captain Braunsfeld Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 Beautiful! Makes me envious! Will be hard to catch up on this. Amazing how you did the bow. I haven't quite figured out what kind of bricks you have used. Any clues? Quote
C-Had18 Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 Awesome. I particularly like the image from the stern. From that view the tumblehome looks perfect. Quote
Sebeus I Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Great job, I love the stern, particulary the angled galleries, It's cool to see that those even fit with the cabin interior. Quote
Commodore Ariel Brickson Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Really lovely ship . At least I see another british warship with this colour scheme, I thought that mine was the last. I will remember well were this topic is... in case that in the future I can build a frigate... **sigh** Greetings, Commodore Ariel. Quote
