vYKo1000/ Teuk posted this YouTube video of his Lego Technic MOC -- a small Breakdown tow truck. It features steering, tilt of the truck bed, extension and rotation of the crane, and a hoist. He refined his MOC to create the version shown below. More info appears on this SeTechnic webpage (in French and in this English translation).
