Kai NRG Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 Eslandola's Northwest Coast is no place for law abiding citizens. Smuggling turns a pretty penny here, and doesn't seem to be too risky either. I'd say someone's been bribed! One last shot: C&C welcome! Thanks for looking and enjoy your time in BoBS! Quote
blackdeathgr Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 (edited) Excellent rockwork and water. I bet activity like this is all too common at merchant-ruled...ehm..King ruled Eslandola... Edited December 27, 2015 by blackdeathgr Quote

Garmadon Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Very nice build Kai, excellent landscaping, and I'm not surprised that it's a popular place for smuggling! Great job with all the illegal activity going on here! Quote
Kai NRG Posted December 28, 2015 Author Posted December 28, 2015 Lovely rockwork! Thanks Titus! Excellent rockwork and water. I bet activity like this is all too common at merchant-ruled...ehm..King ruled Eslandola... Thank you! Well, Eslandola does have fairly low taxes, so it's probably not quite as common as it could be. Typcial Kai moc with great techniques and a cool story all within a very compact moc. Great to see you're style working great here too! Thanks kabel! Agree with Kabel. Excellent build. Thank you! Great lttle scene, love the rock work! Is that ketchup on the soldiers shirt? Thanks! As he obviously hasn't been doing any rough work recently, yeah, it's probably ketchup! Very nice build Kai, excellent landscaping, and I'm not surprised that it's a popular place for smuggling! Great job with all the illegal activity going on here! Thanks Garmadon! Quote

I do not like the others with the extra clip. But BrickForge don t produce them any more. Do anybody now where I can get them on the second market ? Quote

Unfortunately I have no idea where you might be able to get them second hand now. Quote
Captain Dee Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Another day, another small dio. *yawn* Haha, just kidding. That's a lovely little scene and really shows the essence of smuggling well. The rocks are great and all those different minifigs make this look so much more serious than most smuggling scenes I've seen before. I wasn't totally sold on the bright-colored backgrounds before but now I think it's a good idea. This build looks great against that red, which seems to be a near-perfect match for the stripe across the front. Good work. Quote

I guess you probably know that I built, photographed, and uploaded this in a day? Thanks! I find bright colored backgrounds seem to work pretty well, except for those one or two times when you think, hey, this color would work great! And you take pictures and then realize that it totally clashes. Quote
Gideon Posted January 3, 2016 Posted January 3, 2016 Great setting and some excellent figs! Where is that white torso with the blood stain from? Quote
Kai NRG Posted January 4, 2016 Author Posted January 4, 2016 Nice little scene, lovely rock work! Thank you! Great setting and some excellent figs! Where is that white torso with the blood stain from? Thanks Gideon! It's from the CMF Series 4 painter. So technically I guess it's a paint stain. Quote

Elostirion Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Top notch build, those small patches of olive-green work amazingly well on the rocks to perfectly cover the feeling of a rough coast. Quote
