Though the proportions look a bit strange, the sholders look too narrow, and should be a bit higher and his arm almost reaches his knees giving him a more primal appearence (Which you might've been going for in the first place.) and the torso stands tall which doesn't fit the shorter legs. I really like that head design, the torso looks solid and well built. How's the Pose-Ability on this fella? How well do his legs support the weight, and how well does the Toa Metru forearm support Prototype's arm? (So many questions ) Cool Bionicle, hope you finish him.
