Are there any plans to make the R40 curves in metal with dark brown? -
Collectable Minifigure Sightings & Availability
MurkyMajare replied to mo123567's topic in Special LEGO Themes
It seems that stores in Denmark/Norway/Sweden/Finland/Belgium/The Netherlands/Luxembourg will not be getting the Series 11 to sell in their store according to TLGs reply to an inquiry about its availability. Other responses from TLG customer service has confirmed this, but nothing official beyond that yet. I think it is a real shame if this turns out to be true. Murky -
Some 330-335 dollars for it here in Norway (1899 NOK). Gotta love the differences, eh?

The web comic is also "available" in paper format, and there is even three books that are print-only. Only "available" though, as they are mostly out of print. There is however a pledge drive in order to get them reprinted, and the pledge is getting close to 1.000.000 dollars collected. Some great items / gifts, like hit point pads, stickers, a board game, 8 pdf stories, fridge magnets and so on. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/599092525/the-order-of-the-stick-reprint-drive If, you haven't already, check it out and see if this is something for you. I am not associated with this pledge or OotS, just a fan. As for lego copy, love it!

Very nice and definitely something I would want to get. I noticed two things though in the video. During the intro, in the left corner there is one short clip on a R2D2 unit... could this be the R2D2 UCS that is rumored this year? There is also a short clip of another house, looks like a modular'ish abandoned house of sorts. Part of the new ghost series or another upcoming modular?

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 6 Discussion
MurkyMajare replied to Rufus's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Available at S@H for Norway now, but price has increased from 20 to 24.90 kroners, so a nice (almost) 25% price increase. -
Anyone know when the "rest of the world" will be able to buy these sets as well?
-
Has anyone heard whether the summer sets will be available in Europe, specifically in Norway? Been months since they got added in the US, and still nothing.
-
Whatever they change it to, I hope they add a way for us to remotely control track switches, crossings and stop signals. Add to that a simple program you can use to control several trains stoping at stations, waiting for a crossing train before moving on and so on.
-
Does anyone know when (or if) the 2011 sets will be available in Europe (specifically in Norway) and/or on S@H ? Could not get a straight answer from their customer service.

General Pirates of the Caribbean Theme Discussion Thread
MurkyMajare replied to Oswald the Rabbit's topic in LEGO Pirates
Since the other models in the Lego Pirates game looks quite like their real life counter parts... Don't we have a clue to what the Black Pearl will look like as a model? (Thinking about the cutscenes where the "entire" Pearl is in lego and not the scenarioes where you are onboard playing). -
The bounty hunter meeting is definitely on the Executor. The stage used for the two bridges are different, and the bounty hunter meeting is in the Executor bridge stage. Admiral Piett is around, and as the captain of the Executor (in addition to commanding the fleet), would not likely pop over to a "normal" SD just for a meeting like that. In addition, the production script places them on the Executor bridge.

Eurobricks: Strategic change!

Oh, *finally* I have been waiting for this all my life. At last, we have found out what the new Lego City Girls theme will be as well! -
Hello, Is it possible at all to create a system for having red / green lights along the track which stops the PF (or what ever the new train system is called) automatically? Or is that only the 12v era? Ditto on remotly changing the direction of the switching tracks. Thanks

The two goats and chicken in that Village Attack set looks amazing.
