This is a discussion for unique lego misprints, mistakes and prototypes. TLG is renowned for its quality bricks, but sometimes a misprint or mistake can slip by, and therefore be worth a lot. As for prototypes, I'm not sure how people acquire them, but maybe they work in the LEGO factory? Please tell me as I would love to have one, but they do cost a lot, as a single helmet piece can cost you a whopping 600 dollars! My heart says yes, but my wallet says no way. Ok, so I found a few listings on eBay and this one seller does seem to have an interesting collection of them. And once again, I'm wondering how he got them. (Unfortunately I don't have any)

I know I normally post stuff on the forums about Lego Technic, but I also enjoy building Lego MineCraft sets as well and connecting them together. Today, I looked at my The First Night set and noticed something very odd. I got the set on Christmas Eve 2015, and I never noticed this problem the entire time I had it. This is Lego's official picture for the set. Focus on the green 2x2 plate with knob above the brown 2x2 brick with the rose on the right of the pig. When you build the set, the instructions show that there is no green plate below the rose. I don't think there is even a spare piece for it. I checked the internet and I believe nobody ever noticed this before. I'm perfectly fine with it though, since everyone occasionally makes mistakes. What do you think? Has anyone here saw this mistake before?

So in a B&P (Bricks and Pieces) order one of the torsos had the arms on backwards. Obviously it's no big deal, just take off the arms and put them on right, but has ever had something like this happen to them whether in a set or from Bricks and Pieces or Pick a Brick? Also, would this be a mistake that a person made or did something mess up in the factory with the manufacturing equipment? Any ideas? Thanks
