    On the Technic page on the Lego website there is a short discussion with some "retired Technic designers",I will redirect you to the Lego site instead of quoting. It is a in interesting reed with plans with what looks do be more chapters coming soon.I always wanted to find out who were the designers behind some of the older sets. Read About It Here
