  1. TOP SECRET According to observations by satellite in area K15 the ship was found. Its type was defined as landing craft LCM-8, meant for transporting equipment and Marines from ship to shore. Area K15 is characterized by increased tension with the attempted coup and overthrow the local dictator. Riots threaten to escalate into a military conflict between the dictator's mercenaries and the community. It is assumed that the arms shipment was taken by the boat.
