  1. I thought the Imperial Soldier Governor was the rarest! :'-( (Since he is only in two sets from the first pirate year (1989), and is $14+ USD on bricklink) He also has the best hat!!!!! ON!
  2. Is it rown or frown? (I like frown better) X-D (The name I mean, I hate the colour!)
  3. Ain't it the truth. I also hate bley 'cause I'm color blind. Its hard to tell the difference. Also, when you put bley next to the old school gray, the old gray looks faded. And what's the deal with 'reddish brown'? :-X
  4. *n* DOWN WITH BLEY! *sing* (I'm opinoinated ;-) )
  5. Welcome, and Huh?
  6. My latest project is an Imperial Soldier fort, like a Sabre Island on steroids. I will utilize the technique seen here http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=145764 to create an 'exposed' red brick look like this but more realistic. I think I mentioned this in another thread, but this one seems more appropriate! :-)
  7. Yeah, we're twins. He considers himself a pro, since he has his own buisness card promoting his clay.:-|| (I have a card as well, because I commission lego mosaics. I can do anyone or anything. My moaics can be found here: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/33184 Just a little advirtisement brought to you by 'SirNadroj Creations' ;-) ) (Not to be off topic X-D )
  8. Thanks! My brother created the clay creatures. I want to make some lego ones, but I need to find a good, cheap editing program, like Stop-Motion Pro, or something like that.
  9. Not bad for your first attempt! I especially like the first one and the beach. It looks like real sand. Is it real sand? X-D I have done some stop-motion. Well, really just pointless animation tests. The link is here: It is just clay, no legos. I have done lego stop-motion, but I don't not know where the casettes went. X-D
  10. Awesome reveiw. I getting this one for sure. I love those pumpkin heads, too. I can see you utilized them today. :-| ;-)
  11. Nice finds! *y*
  12. *y* Nice army! I've got an army building up, too. 'Bout the same number as soldiers, but I don't have any guards. Love those custom shakos, too.
  13. I just changed my sigfig. I did not change it in my entry, I hope thats ok.
  14. Thanks. It sorta looks like he is melting, now that I look. :-D
  15. That was the best head that worked. I think I did a crackerjack job, thank you very much! *y*
  16. Hi again. I'd added this one to my original post: Cursed Barbossa Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go eat a whole bussel of apples. :-P
  17. It's just an expression, mate ;-)
  18. This looked like great fun, so I attempted. I found out it is harder than it looks, probably becuase the bag wasn't totally transparent. This is a set from 1987, a basic one at that. I builded the fish on the front.
  19. Thanks. It's gonna be more or less a tower. Like a sabre island on steroids!
  20. Thanks, Mr Tiber. I am going to use the technique shown here: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=145764 to create the imperial soldier 'exposed brick' look. Like this, but more realistic.
  21. Clever use of that hull! *y*
  22. Thanks! :-) copmike- I don't have any more sculptures planned right now. My next project is an Imperial Soldier fort/base. I will post pics when its done. (still waiting on a couple more bricklink orders to arrive :-| )
  23. Wow, ITP won! I love ITP a lot (even though I do not own it), but my preferance to imperial soldiers draws me to EF. I am disinclined to acquist to vote for ITP. (If I spelled that right ;-) )
  24. Thanks Piranha! But I don't know why everybody thinks these are creepy. *skull* (in a good way, I am in no way offended.) And if I do work for LEGO later in life I will certainly help out the pirate cause! (and not in that lame 4+ junk way! ;-) )
