I keep forgetting to post my thoughts. It was a great quest JimB. My favorite part was the sidequest with Foog. It was great to play one on one with him (and keep him out of trouble). It was fun to meet the other Dastan Questies unexpectedly. Sorry we spoiled all the QMs' fun when we talked our way out of the fight with Skrall's group (not really, Skrall would have kicked our megablocks.) And the Constance Bomb Debacle was a great chance for roleplay, although, I don't feel we were given enough information to make a good decision there. The final battle was quite epic. Just wow, and good job QMs. I'm not quite sure what to think of Roland at the end. Was he bullshitting us with the "for the greater good" speech? He seemed all serial-killer creepy before they led him off. Cronk may get some use out of the lance (Now the Beast Skewer!). He's going to look awfully funny using it while not on a horse, though. So you should have given Cronk a pretty horsy as well. I did try to participate as much as possible with all the stuff happening to me. I really hate to do the "someone else can play me while I'm away" thing. Sure someone can direct Cronk's battle actions, but it's not really Cronk. Sometimes it can't be helped, though. For a few weeks there, things were just beyond my control. Windstorms, kidney stones, plagues of ants... stupid, stupid ants. And then the new baby and some medical situations relating to her. Hopefully, there won't be anything like the convergence of all those things for me again and I can focus on what's truly important: EB and building LEGO.

Cronk first goes to Fabian's new shop and purchases shiny Paladin's Armor for 200 gold. (420-200=220) Cronk thanks Fabian and continues shopping. Then Cronk go to smithy. Cronk upgrades Ennoc's Light to SP:8 for 80 gold. (220-80=140) Cronk also removes Opal from Sword of Bashing and puts Opal in Lance (WP:12) and renames it Beast Skewer (Lance; WP:12, Ice) (140-100=40) Cronk thanks Anwyl and starts to walk back to hall.

Rufindel, Nyx, and Atramor, Cronk is sad to not go questing with such friends again. Cronk hopes friends will stay safe and bash much evil. Rufindel, Cronk will not be using cloak. Does Rufindel want cloak: Cloak of Chimera (Backwear, Suitable for Mage and Clerics, +2 Health, +2 Ether)? Cronk will leave it with Rufindel for now. Cronk has some shopping to do before going on Cronk's own quest. Good luck, friends.

Thought about that too. Not sure the colors it comes in suits orcs though. Maybe if they release it in black. At some point in the future, I'd love to make a small comic chronicling Cronk's life from childhood to when he arrives in Eubric. I don't have the time or dedicated space for sets right now. Maybe someday. @WBD: Let's let Cronk have some dignity. Weird that the helmet is expensive. I always thought if it was a piece I managed to own, it couldn't be worth that much.

I can't say I didn't consider the clown hair. We'll see.

Why would Cronk not wear helmet? Helmets are nice and cozy. Keep head safe from evil. OOC: I've never decided on a hair style. I hope to go into Cronk's backstory a little at some point. I hope to have it decided by then.

If this gets voted down, will there be more drastic measures to nerf SP? As I said earlier, I'd much rather have this implemented than something like non-upgradeable shields. But I don't think SP is broken in the first place. Docken is just a beast of a tank.

Wren is indeed slippery. Cronk hopes Cronk will be there when Wren gets bashing Wren deserves. Grrr.
