  1. I created LEGO Mickey according to the Disney cartoon "Sorcerer's Apprentice - Fantasia". It is the story of Apprentice Mickey labors with heavy buckets of water while the Sorcerer works his magic. Happy Mickey Mouse Year 2020 !! 祝大家鼠年快樂! 2. LEGO The Birth of Jesus 耶穌降生 Merry Christmas!! I build the story book about Jesus Birth for children whom like Christmas. :D "Once upon a time, about 2000 years, a young woman from Nazareth named Mary was visited by an angel named Gabriel. Angel told her that she would have a son named Jesus and that he would be the Son of God. Angel visited her husband Jospeh and told him that Mary would be pregnant from the Lord. Mary and Joseph arrived in Bethlehem but there were no places to stay. They settled down on the hay in a stable with animals sleeping. Mary gave birth to Jesus, the Son of God. The angel told shepherds the good news of the birth of the Savior and Messiah, Jesus Christ. The shepherds immediately went to find baby Jesus lying in a manger. When Jesus was born, a brand new bright star appeared in sky. Three Wise Men from a far far away countries saw the star to find the new king. Herod the king of Judah met with the wise men and told them to come back and let him know where the baby king was so that he could go worship him as well. Acutally he had an evil plan to kill the baby. The wise men followed the star towards Bethlehem and found baby Jesus with Mary. They knelt and worshipped the Savior and gave him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh. They then returned home to their countries by a different way." 3. LEGO Spider-Ham Peter Porker was born a spider. He resided in the basement lab of May Porker, a slightly goofy animal scientist who had created "the world's first atomic powered hairdryer". In the experiment, May Porker accidentally irradiated herself, and in a fit of delusion, bit Peter, who then found himself transformed into an anthropomorphic swine much like May Porker herself. Running from the Porker homestead disoriented, Peter soon came to realize that he still retained a spider's abilities. Peter became super hero and claimed the name “Spider-Ham†in his own Earth-8311 (Spider-Verse). I enjoyed the movie “"Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verseâ€ith my friend recently. “Spider-Ham†is unique, humor superhero and I built the character for fun. 5. LEGO Taikoo Ropeway 太古百年吊車 「銅鑼飛棧 」 We built the model reference from the painting of Qing Dynasty's Wu You-ru. I have interesting to represent the Mount Paker and hundred years Hong Kong buildings (First Hong Kong Cable car - Taikoo Ropeway , Taikoo Sanitarium) in chinese landscape painting using the bricks. We completed the project within 3 weeks. I am great thankful for my family helping, my son and my wife built alots of decoration and trees. Taikoo Ropeway [1891-1932] Hunderd years ago in Hong kong , when the ropeway (another name for 'cable-car') was running, Quarry Bay held the Taikoo Dockyard and Taikoo Sugar Refinery, while Quarry Gap was known as Sanitarium Gap, and was the site of the Taikoo Sanitarium. P.S. It is one of the LEGO display model represent "minifigs.net" community in HK Taikoo Brick exhibition (Nov-Dec 2018) held by TaiKoo , HK LEGO Store. 6. Once I visited Space Museum with my family and saw the show in space theatre related to topic of outstanding naturalist "Henry Walter Bates". After the show, we discussed. My son asked me the reason why Henry like to collect the butterflies in Amazons. At this moment, I had idea to build LEGO butterflies about mimicry to respect Henry's great effort for the science. ~ Batesian mimic is a sheep in wolf's clothing. ~ Henry Walter Bates, (1825-1892) was an English naturalist and explorer who gave the first scientific account of mimicry in animals, whose work on butterflies in the Amazon rainforest was pioneering in this field of study starting in 1848. When Bates arrived home in 1859 after a full eleven years, he had sent back over 14,712 species (mostly of insects) of which 8,000 were new to science. Bates wrote up his findings in his best-known work, The Naturalist on the River Amazons. Bates was one of a group of outstanding naturalist-explorers who were supporters of the theory of evolution by natural selection (Charles Darwin) Batesian mimicry is a phenomenon whereby unprotected prey species (called "mimics") gain protection from predators by mimicking toxic or otherwise protected species (called "models"). Predators learn to avoid models based on prior experience, and subsequently avoid eating mimics due to misidentification. 18. LEGO Mosaic - Napoleon Crossing the Alps 拿破侖翻越阿爾卑斯山 Napoleon Crossing the Alps (also known as Napoleon at the Saint-Bernard Pass or Bonaparte Crossing the Alps) is the title given to the five versions of an oil on canvas equestrian portrait of Napoleon Bonaparte painted by the French artist Jacques-Louis David between 1801 and 1805. I don't like war but I like the Arts & painting. After two hundred years an oil on canvas painted by Jacques-Louis David, I recreate it in LEGO bricks version instead of an oil on canvas. It is quite huge size but perfect mounted on wall for my home decoration or exhibition. Builder : Alanboar Cheung Size : 144 studs (L) x 128 studs (W) Pieces : 15000 pcs Ready for mount on wall in my home :P Over 15000 small pieces of plates is collected for the creation. 22. LEGO MOC - The Great Wave off Kanagawa 神奈川沖浪裏 It is my favorite Japan style mosaic recreation. I like the printing to show the people living when was in Japan Edo period. From wiki : The Great Wave off Kanagawa (神奈川沖浪裏), also known as The Great Wave or simply The Wave, is a woodblock print by the Japanese ukiyo-e artist Hokusai. It was published sometime between 1830 and 1833 in the late Edo period as the first print in Hokusai's series Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji (富嶽三十六景). It is Hokusai's most famous work, and one of the best recognized works of Japanese art in the world. It depicts an enormous wave threatening boats off the coast of the prefecture of Kanagawa. While sometimes assumed to be a tsunami, the wave is, as the picture's title suggests, more likely to be a large rogue wave. As in all the prints in the series, it depicts the area around Mount Fuji under particular conditions, and the mountain itself appears in the background. Size : 47 x 35 cm Pieces : 2000 pcs I used blue, medium blue, black, white ,tan, dark tan, light & dark grep plates as source color to generate the printing. It is one of exhibit "Alanboar & Mythbot Exhibition" display in Macau Joy 2015. The processing... 50% complete... It is the "stud on side" technique to build up the mosaic. The wave is danger and huge! If it is real tsunami, I have no idea how to survive for the fisher...
