Well I think it comes down to intention or expectations. Lind comes off more desperate where Germ was being more of a dirty old man. And Midrun did threaten to make Germ get uncomfortable.

I would like to see Disney's Dark-wing Duck. They could make his plane & bike. And they could throw in his enemies like Liquidator, Mega-Volt and Bush-Root. Plus we would get Launchpad and even Gizmoduck.
