Video of "Wierd Glitch and a Secret" on Lego Universe

Just a normal bug that he fell trough the world. Most worlds in MMORPGs look like this outside the "map border". Nothing special here... -
Quality has its price ;-)

As my girlfriend once said (not to me ;)): There someone holding his hand above all idiots. Seems true. Darvin failed! -
I'm just busy beserking trough my "old" sets, ending up with aprox 60 Sets in boxed. Whole Firefighter Collection of 2009 / 2010, large technic sets and almost all pirat sets. Main reason why 7848, 8052, 8053 and 10194 are still boxed and waiting to be build! So, the feelings... pain? Bare flesh on the fingertips after disassembling two 8265 one after another, thats just painful. Reminds me that i actually have to buy some new boxes for the next sets, yargh!

Hi Folks, i cant find the video anywhere now, but thats not the point. TLC launched a advertisement in germany (on the german channel "DMAX" - a channel dediciated for men). They advertise the "not available" 8043 (apart from the faulty model at amazon & co) and provide the domain www.legoformen.de - wich is not working properly... Apart from the "kids channels" LEGO does not advertise much in germany, and now they want to convince new AFOLs with not proper working technic models and not proper working homepages. Thats awkward! Your opinions?

Bahahahaha :D Very funny :D Well done! -
Yesterday i ordered the Emerald Night Train ... and i got a bad feeling that day like "You may regret that!" (Not for money reasons, but my time management... argh) Let me tell you why... Today I had a bussiness related meeting near Munich. After that was done i checked how far it is to the Lego Store in Munich... 4km! Thats worth the visit. When i came up from the parking lot i allready saw the new technic sets in the shelves. It was 9:45, the shop opens at 10:00 so I took a walk around the shopping center to waste some time. 15 minutes later i arrived at the lego store again and started to sweat. I didnt know they were released today but according to shop.lego.com it seems like its legit... THE 2010 TRAIN SETS SMILING AT ME! Waited for these since they were first announced. Usually i planned to buy them in September but ... i got all 4 plus a pack of RC Tracks  Shame on me ...

The XBox 360 Controller is a very good choice. Its ergonomical and gives you a lot of buttons to assign to the game. But remember, its REALLY heavy and doesnt fit small hands well. The Logitech Rumble Pad 2 might be a good option for you. Its not that large, not that heavy, has the same amount of buttons - It only lacks the "games for windows" support, but thats a rather small disadvantage. If its possible for you to get the "Logitech Chillstream" somewhere it would be a good compromise. It has the same layout as the x-box 360 controller but gives you a smaller and lighter case, also comes with the "games for windows" support (again: a really small advantage and only for games with the "Games for Windows" Badge!).

I had buyed 128 sets since my dark ages. I recieved 2 packs of missing part in that time: 1 6x1 Tile from 7637 and 2 Flagpoles from 7739. And i definitly can say i havent lost them myself as i empty every bag in a box and check the bags afterwards... I think its amazing that from over 47.000 pieces only 3 were missing!

Trading Collectable Minifigs Series 1, 2 and 3
Noworries replied to danim's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
Hi there, looking for a tradepartner in germany for some collectible minifigs. I have: Robot Forrestman Nurse Skater Crash Test Dummy Magican ALL SEALED! Looking for: Wrestler Spaceman Cheerleader Caveman Zombie I prefer sealed bags but if you have COMPLETE open ones (or minifigs without bags but with accessory!) i'm also ready to trade. Shipping only to GER, i would say both traders pay for their own shipping. If somebody has all five requested figs he will get all of mine! Contact me by PN please (Only Users with more than 20 posts). -
Nice. They almost look like the small mechs from the prologue scene of the Vexille Movie. Only they are a bit larger in scale :P I like those.
-
So, here they are, proud and noble: Not as much space as I hoped to have but at least enough for a solid layout. Now i have to rebuild around 40 models i disassambled to save some space and then there is the need to buy the trainsets. Hope you like it.

Sadly the board software does not seem to be based on phpbb. If some webdesigner (im not enough into php for that) could easily write a hack for the software wich places a button that leads to any imagehoster (such as imageshack, abload etc.), let you upload your picture there and automaticly places the image-link into you post. Anyone ambitioned to do that :P ?

I loved the trans-yellow baseplates that time ... very classic review, thanks a lot! One thing: If you deeplink the pictures it would be a lot easier to watch them!

tables ... 3 of them. Just brought em at Ikea and will raise them this afternoon or maybe tomorrow. *sohappy* And psst *whispers* ... just fixed a shelve to the wall in the living room wich will give me some air in the lego room :D Maybe i'll get my girlfriend to let me bolt another one to the larger wall? Wish me well!
-
Hi there, thanks for your postings everyone. I'm affraid i can not fit other tables in my lego / computer room because i have very limited space here. Room measures 3,75m by (effective) 2,6m (i have a small alcove, 200x40cm wich is now filled with a rack i dont want to throw out YET)... I used a room planning software to try to fit everything well and i ended up with just 3 tables, giving me a size of 2,25x1,5 meters for my layout :( Currently trying to convince my girlfriend to let me use the living room for some of the "display models" such as the imperial flagship and some of larger technic models... almost succesfull! THEN i may fit another 1,5m by 75cm table next to the others, very tight at last... We'll see, i'll keep you updated and will post pictures.
-
It's called "Vulture" not "Mad Dog", damn Clanner :P Just kidding, GREAT MOC! I'm into Battletech since a long time now and you hit the design very well (according to the table top variant). I'm a conformist!, let us see more Mechs ;-)
-
Thanks a lot! I'll have to wait till 2010 train sets get released in germany. I'll buy the tables this week (if everything fits) and keep everybody updated ;-)
-
Sorry for the late reply, i havent switched on e-mail notification and just missed it. Basicly i would like to set my train layout on 4 tabels. If you find some time i would be very thankfully!

LDD Design Challenge #4

You have to use the buttons on the turn tool instead of the lever - it will shut 100% without a gap
