There were a few converted to railway use in New Zealand & Australia. In this country Aveling & Porter built tramway locomotives alongside their traction engines & steam rollers which look like traction engines to run on rails (Thomas the tank engines Fergus is based on one)

I'd suggest the chain driven one started life as a traction engine or steam wagon before being converted

There could be more minifig accessories packs like Beach set & Rock Band with slight differences or different variations in future series (such as the robot & cheerleader) but doubt they'll re release individual figures

They'll either a) Send them back to the supplier, b) keep them & give them to folk that have relevant vouchers or c) Keep them & sell them later on (Seen this happen in some stores). They probably won't give them away for free (I've been trying to get some of the previous ones throughout the week but they won't give me any without the vouchers) Edit:- 1000th post
