  1. I'm sure we're going to have more ships in the UEN Fleet Just in case, you ought to transmit your notes back home so in case we are doomed (Which I don't think the Purists can defeat us!!! [puff chest out]), they'll know what to look for to prevent this happening again, if it happens.
  2. I bet it was Pewter. I think that's how these anti-colonists are planning to stop us !
  3. Very simple: Vote: Ensign Brian Pewter (palathadric)
  4. He's trolling since he knows he's been caught!
  5. Quit Haydn around and tell us who your scum buddies are
  6. That's frighteningly worrying.
  7. Hmm, that is a good solution ! The only problem would be that maybe their tracker/watcher would then discover both the vig and watcher/tracker, but, really, this is getting into hypothetical mumbo-jumbo.
  8. Unless the scum do have a tracker/watcher, this wouldn't be a major concern, though, right? If we apply pressure on the scum (Which announcing that they might be targeted specifically that night would give some pressure), it might make the scum less cautious and prone to make more mistakes, I believe.
  9. I agree. It's very strange for a townie to make such a joke. The strategizing scum godfather holds the most weight. Another possibility is that he's neutral, but there is much less evidence on that. The only way to test this theory is to lynch him, and if we're successful in lynching the Purist godfather, that gives us quite an edge in this game...of life. Campbell is an obvious target tomorrow, maybe we can learn some more by blocking him or something. I like the plan of lynch one, vig kill the other. Only problem is that it might put the vig at risk, if the scum can protect/track/whatever, but I don't think there's enough evidence of that to stop the plan of vig killing Pewter/Campbell. However, I'll be voting for Pewter when the time comes.
  10. Campbell's defense is not very convincing and I think he would make a very good lynchee for today. We can learn a lot from Pewter's lynching too, though, and after a weak defense, I'd support lynching him toda instead of Campbell. Let's just actually lynch somebody this time, ok? I was thinking aloud and the thought popped into my head. I realize now that it was a silly idea .
  11. Maybe he's a bomb?
  12. If either of those are so, then I guess that would make Pewter (palathadric) a better lynchee, right? This is very bizarre. It also bothers me that Pewter hasn't spoken since before his accusation, so it makes it impossible to gauge a reaction from him.
  13. Well, yeah, I understand that part . Yeah, I suppose that's one way to look at it.
  14. Can't think of a good reason why a Loyalist would tamper with a quote like that . It doesn't even make sense to have his name in there.
  15. Like I said, it's another option. Who knows what really happened except those who did it With the situation we have here, I think that we are up against a classical set up...of life. I could be wrong, but there is no evidence of a second scum team, and so far, possibly, of a serial killer. In the simulation, there was [supposedly] a neutral role cop, so perhaps he replaced the serial killer. No way to know until we get three kills in the night. I agree with your deductions here, for the most part.
  16. Also the option, if there are three killers, one chose not to make a kill. You mean both Pewter and Campbell? Sorta confused on exactly what you mean here.
  17. Makes sense to finish what we failed to do yesterday, unless something more compelling comes up.
  18. I agree. We cannot assume who is who in the pictures, so we cannot say who the killer was on just that basis. With that said, it sounds more logical that it was the vig that killed Mandel, because I can't see the scum or even a sk killing him. I hope the vig doesn't keep randomly killing people and end up hurting town more than helping it . I agree with Falcon that Robbin's, someone who did not raise any suspicions, killing is suspicious and may be be connected with his voting of Ensign Campbell. Maybe Campbell is really a townie and the Purists have made a devilish plan to throw us off, or maybe Campbell is Purist and we should really lynch him today. I'm leaning towards the later, though, I wouldn't be %100 certain he is scum. This talk of a second scum team is as useful as a no lynch is. I'm not gonna concern myself with it unless we see somebody come up as neither Loyal, Purist, or neutral.
  19. It does out us as possible targets for the Purists because if we're seen as very townie, we're not likely to get lynched so it's better they kill those who aren't likely to get lynched. I hope you do exercise extra caution in your future plays. Maybe send it to an editor first .
  20. You're so tricksy. I'm only upset because my name popped up in your play; it was unexpected, so, it didn't seem like you were highly doubtful of my scumminess. Sounds like you still have some suspicions if you didn't bother to offer an alias for me? Though, as you know from experience, I don't handle quite well with this kind of unexpected turns, so, sorry I went a bit too far.
  21. To be clear, I pmed you with a joke about our last time playing together, and most know how spectacularly awful that was (Pelly !). I should stop it because you turn into a paranoid/tricky freak or are scum .
  22. Most of those "Townie" readings sound logical and well-reasoned. However, that of Ensign Pewter's is not very convincing on why he would be Townie. Ensign Campbell's as well, I don't see anything that can clearly label him as scum or town. This is from your perspective, though, so I wont bother you too much about it (I'm only pointing this out because of your branding of folks who really could be either or, which struck me as odd.)
  23. Weren't other folks also contacted by Pewter? Perhaps they can quote/paraphrase their conversation so we can get a better idea on Mr. Pewter's intentions.
  24. Okay He already has, voting for Timothy Mandel instead.
  25. The rather odd performance that just took place. You do raise an interesting point, though. However, I don't really know what's going on with Ensign Pewter, but I'm going to Vote: Ensign Brian Pewter (Palathadric) to see if we can get some answers here  .
