He's either a town bluffing (which I find difficult to believe), or he and Wright (the other neutral) were a team, another "faction". One was the role cop and the other is some killer or whatever. That's what I've picked up from this mess. Oh, deary, look at me, talking to a stump that is pooping magical mushrooms!

I don't get this at all. Why did York specifically PM McAndrews? Ok, because McAndrews called her out for "gamethrowing". A very convincing person to pm her "sting" to, out of others who have been after her. She wants to set up this sting. She just up and goes "I am town, trust me, I want to make a sting to catch scum." It's obvious that it's a bad idea because it didn't work out at all before. What I'm suggesting here is that York is Purist and/or neutral (which I believe the former a little more likely). She's seen that she's dug herself quite a whole and hoped a "sting" like this would get her allied with a town who'd protect her, or something like that. It's a pretty farfetched idea, but it's been a day of farfetched. Yes.

I agree with this sentiment. At most, out of 23 people, he (or rather Wright found, having been the neutral role cop) found 3 out of 3 power roles or even 2 out of 3 power roles in the past 3 nights. What? The vigilante is a town specific role. Do not call yourself the vigilante if you have previously called yourself a neutral. Furthermore, if you are this assassin/serial killer neutral, then why kill your buddy Wright? You have called yourself multiple things and they are not adding up.

Well, there wouldn't really be anybody to put on the list, since nobody was helpful in lynching a Purist, both active and inactive. I feel like activity (and by activity I mean activity [and to elaborate on that: activity-behaviour] in this game only) does play an important part, though, because it seems like all the active folks have been town and suggests the scum are just lying relatively low and coming up every once in a while to steer things in the wrong direction or go with the flow. I don't know, that's just my feeling of how things are. I'm not as experienced as you, so I guess you're just gonna be calling me stupid in all this . Personally, I haven't seen where inactive people have done us any good, less good than those who say more than "Oh, I don't really know, so I'll summarize a bit, put in a bit of an opinion, and vote when the rest have made a decision" (Which I'm not accusing you of being totally guilty of). If you feel there are others that should get mentioned who are more suspicious than you, please speak up. I'd like to hear something from you that hasn't come from the work of others, even if it is pointless. Oooh, am I facing the wrath of Shadows? I had such a good time with it last time! What? Never mind you, Hornby, York is looking for her ticket off this ship and into deep space .

If you're looking to die we could lynch you today and not have our vig discovered . Is that an admission? It certainly isn't a denial. What hole thing? Are there holes in this ship!? I hope somebody doesn't fall into them and break a bone !

Everything is important when you try and figure people out. I'm confused on the matter, so here I push. You're frustrated I'm pushing on this, but I think that's only because you know what happened before, but there are others, like me, who did not pick up on that fact, who were not aware of two neutrals who joined up with the scum in the simulation. It's important that we know what we're up against, and we are in the process of finding out what's really going on. Please don't be a dick about it Moving on, that's very interesting. I didn't connect that the player was a neutral in both the simulation and in real life here. That's very weird and interesting. Even more interesting that there were two neutrals. I'm only getting that there's one neutral in the scheme of things from his post, but I suppose you discussed it post simulation or something like that. Thank you for your clairvoyance ! Well, I know we shouldn't expect things to be the same this time around than in the simulation. Maybe it was a luck of the draw that the same player played the same role in both games...of life? Maybe now there is only one unknown? Maybe there's three and the Purists really aren't on this ship!? Ugh, this simulation is making this real life a curse...too bad a virus ruined it all for us. Are you saying that because you're the "partner" in this? Is that why you're so defensive and argued a lot with the late Burbank? You should stick with us loyals, we have fresh baked cookies !

What? What are you talking about?? What makes you so certain he was a neutral cop? I mean it's one of the more logical answers, but you sound very certain about it. And never has it been a win condition for the neutral to align solely with the scum. They win with whoever else wins, provided they're still alive. That or they kill everybody else, but that's not likely here. Furthermore, a partner!? I don't recall at all that there was a partner in the simulation. Only "partner" thing I recall is from the fictitious Fanon group! I just remember there being a neutral role cop (which never was confirmed, though there is a good amount of evidence to suggest it existed.) Please enlighten me through your clairvoyance, I'm very confused where you got this from. Wasn't it you who said that we shouldn't expect anything from the past game to be carried over? Found it . It's not as suggestive as I believed it was, nor are you stating that it is the same now, but it is implied.

I don't think it really matters the affiliation of the blocker, just the fact that he was blocked and he is now revealed to be unknown. Would have been nice if we found the identity of the scum blocker, but I guess your informant just knows this just because the town blocker did not block Wright. I don't know. It's as bizarre to me as it is to you, but it was something that was in the simulation, and something that was apparently true. Of course, this is not to say that the role carried over into real life, but who knows 'till the end. I'd say he was a serial killer, but we've seen no evidence of such, there's only been two kills a night. So, that could mean he was just a plain old neutral or he had some PR. By the way, you didn't reply to my answer to your prodding of me yesterday. I guess you just agreed with it or something? Everything the stump touches dies I'd be careful if I were you.

Aye. I knew it! He must be scum! No townie would make such a maniacal laugh ! I wouldn't know, but, I hope, if he did share any information, that he did not share it with the Purists.

You don't exactly match up . We've all been wrong in our suspicions, he makes the most sense to me. By caution, I mean not hard balling candidates to a lynch, which I think has happened in this game...of life a couple times. Amused as in evil person amused? I just remembered it was Wright (CallMePie) who was blocked two nights ago. Now that we know he is an unknown, maybe we can assume that he had an action, not unlike the neutral cop from the simulation? Neutral role cop, I should say.

Everybody else has been wrong I have my reasons to agree with McAndrews. Thus far, I believe, he's been the only one who was right so far, even if it was just one thing. Everybody else has tried, and failed, myself included. Of all the people we have lynched or went after, they were either active or they made a really stupid mistake. I'd like to dive, with caution, to where there are those that lurk in the shadows and laugh as we kill each other. Maybe you're shocked I agree with him because you realize he's spotted some of your scum buddies?
-
Indeed. Very odd that Wright just up and left. What does he mean you are not yet ready ?! I agree with McAndrews that Rockford and Hornby should be candidates for today's lynch. They are overall unhelpful and inactive.

In this point, I don't think it helps if everybody is alerted that XX is town, simply because it'll put a target on their back because the scum know we wont lynch them if they're confirmed town. That's a secret best kept....uhm......secret. Well, it's come to the point where Dr. Burbank has backed himself so far into the corner there's no escape (or he was pushed into that corner, if he ends up town), so it's the best lead and will tell us something about York. Vote: Julius Burbank 'MD' (Brickdoctor) I hear that makes a fantastic risotto!

I've loudly presented my opinion in the past couple of days, and now that everything that happened in those first two days just completely floundered this morning, it's hardly surprising that I've nothing to base my opinions on anymore! I have become wearier of loudly announcing my opinions because I’ve faulted more than I have been successful with them, though not to say they had no value. So, please excuse the lack of opinion from me while others have been less opinionated. In regard to this “late voting”, you will notice that my votes have been in the beginning of these bandwagons, right? Day 1: My vote on Pewter was placed, at first, to get him talking, because we had not heard from him lately. The vote stood because it was near the end of the day and we needed a lynch, something you are very much for and something that very much did not happen. Day 2: Among the first to vote as well, a vote I placed with confidence based on my discussions privately and of evidence in the thread. I don't know where you're getting the idea that I've just been voting late in the day (unless you're not talking about me, then just ignore this ). I have been vocal, and my discussions both here and in private have formulated my opinions for the past two days, however wrong they were, to which I have based my actions on. I had a growing a suspicion on you, having been much more under the radar than I and through your logic, but it’s nice to see your fully-fledged colors today, Lt. Daly, colors…sorry, colours that make me doubt of your scumminess, so far. I’m curious, however, as to why you chose me out of several other people who have been much more off the radar than I? I must admit, I couldn’t get a grip with your logic on the case about Burbank earlier. I still have problems grasping around it, however York and Burbank’s actions today have evolved your very big “if” into something that’s worth pressuring on, and something I think is the best lynch for today.

BOOP DOOP BOOPILY DOOP. Oh, sorry, I was entertaining the dead folks. I haven't lost my mind or anything like that . Well, I'm not looking to be hasty this time around. So far, haste has made a lot of waste here...

I don't think Falcon was connected with the vigilante. He hasn't alluded to the fact in thread or in my private discussions with him; plus, he has been pretty transparent on who he's been in contact with. Furthermore, if he was working with the vigilante, I doubt he would also ask publicly in the thread for the vigilante to kill Campbell, which by the end of the day, he was against of such an idea. If he was in private conversation, I'm sure he'd have done more to convince the Vig to go after a different target, which clearly did not happen (unless it was the scum who went after Dakar, which I don't see any motivation in doing so). I guess my point is, is that the Vig appears to keep going after the most suspicious target before the lynchee. It's not a bad strategy, but it hasn't done us very well, either. The Vig going after a much less obvious person did benefit the town in the simulation, though.

It was Da Bomb !

Oh, sorry, I thought I had put the identification in the quote code, I guess it just didn't go through . Anyway, that was Ensign Pewter (palathadric), who sent the message to Ensign Falcon (Hinckley) as he was being lynched (and I believe was lynched before sending the pm).

Who said what?

Something does not add up here. There has got to be some foul play somewhere along this clustermegabloocky of a night. What?! What!?! What does this even mean!? Why would a townie do this!? To trip the Scum up somehow? Maybe he's a townie first, but by meeting up with the scum he turns into scum? I don't know, and we probably wont find out until the end . Maybe he just needed to get himself lynched? I lost a good crew member from the bridge today. I'm beyond frustrated how wrong we were. Don't do that, please. It's gone out of fashion since several years ago.

Excalibur 2.0: Confirmation and Discussion
Scouty replied to Bob's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I would think there are escape pods on both sides of the ship. Just having them on one side would be silly Else wise, suit up and go to the other side -
