I dont want the crawler since we bought the unimog. I dont want to rc both at the same time. So just one xl motor and I will buy one more med motor because they are pretty cheap. So the speed control remote varies the speed of the motors? What remote is better? Its only six dollar difference. Also we have android tablets, should we use those as remotes? Thanks Scott -
I was going to order the 9396 helicopter today fron Shop at home because of the triple vip points, but wanted to order some more motors the ir reciever and a remote so we could plat with some remote functions. The boys also have a Unimog to put together this christmas so some of the parts will be used on it also. So what size motors should I buy, how many, and which remote is the best? On the Unimog we probably just want drive functions and steering. On the helicopter probably just spin the rotors and maybe operate the winch. Thanks Scott

UCS B wing on May 4 and yesterday ordered the Death Star from amazon for $370 shipped. It's a Christmas present for my boys, going to be a long 7 months. Didn't think I would find it cheaper later even if it's discontinued. Scott

I can't believe someone would be so low as to take them home and search for the one they want and then return them to the store. How cheap and selfish are you? Scott- 1,076 replies

Opening a LEGO store, one question first...
Scott replied to Diggydoes's topic in General LEGO Discussion
You could open a toy store that only sells Lego, but you cannot open a "Lego" store. Like the others have said you need a better store model than just selling Lego. Scott -
REVIEW: LEGO Friends 3933 Olivia's Inventor's Workshop
Scott replied to lostcarpark's topic in LEGO Town
I have hundreds of Lego sets in our house, my six yr old son and 9 yr old son love Lego. My 6 yr old daughter got this set and 2 other friends sets tonight for her birthday and I have never seem her more happy about Lego. She built this and the tree house, still has the cafe to build. Lego made a great decision, for my daughter at least. Scott -

You have issues..... Scott -
The last few weeks I have been buying alot of clearance starwars, but yesterday I found something on craigslist. I bought 8479 barcode and 8459 pneumatic front end loader, for $30 apiece. 8459 had and electric motor in it so the fake motor was gone and the electric motor was seized, it was missing about 4 pieces which I had, now I want instructions for it. The barcode truck was missing a few pieces and of course the barcode scanner, barcode sheet, and instruction. With a $60 brick link order I should have them complete. So I will have about $45 in the loader and about $80 in the barcode truck. Scott

Hello fellow Okies. I'm in Tulsa, and got back into legos for the exact same reason, I now have kids..... My 7 yr and 4 yr boys love them, well at least the ones I let them play with.. I will have to say I love colleting sets, and my boys like to play with the bulk bricks more. My 7yr is excited when I bring home a new set but a couple of days later he's back to MOCing. I've been to the OKC store once when we visited the Lego display at the mall. The family is going to California in October so we are going to Legoland, and the other Cali stops.. Nice to meet you. I got my shipment from Lego today, it had 3 forestmen, cowboy, and a magician. I needed the cowboy, I only had one, but now I have 10 forestmen, way to many. I guess I'll trade or sell them. Scott -
