Walking with Haldor, I feel odly talkative. Must have been something I ate. I hail from the distant land of Duplovia. My family, as Skrall may tell you, grew up almost noble. We were the royal's bodyguards, and their investigators. We were a family of rogues, and so we were able to use our abilities well. However, this fact was a secret one among the kingdom. When the latest king rose to power, we knew he had anti-rogue sentiments, so we decided not to tell him of our capabilities. When he found out, he had my father, lover and closest friends executed before my very eyes. They sent everyone else I knew- except my brother Eyric, who now stands in his place in the family line as bodyguard to the royals- into my home town, for no apparent reason. Then they burned down the village. The slaughtered all survivors. And again, I was forced to watch every action. Then they mocked me, insulted me, embarrassed me in public. They stripped me of everything but a potion, a bomb, my longsword and the clothes on my back, and exiled me- never to return until I had gained what they called a sence of honour. So I came here, to Eurbrick Freeport. According to my original profile, he's 21, but the more I develop his charecter I'm think he should be at least 10 years older than that. I'm not sure if I'm aloowed to change that, or what However, it could be said his tramatic experiances aged him more than time ever could.

Dyric gives Haldor a look of anger, shaking his head at how little the young man understood.

A fury of anger, I grab Haldor and slam him against a tree. You fool. I've cared. I've loved in a passion you could never comprehend. What would you do if you saw Jess killed in the gruesomest way possible while you were forced to stand back and do nothing!?! Well guess what- I have had that happen. I've lost everything I know, except my brother and the clothes on my back. They took everything from me, Haldor. Everything.

I turn around slowly, giving Hans a haunting stare. Coward? Have you stared death and fear in the eye, Hans? Have you been betrayed by everyone you know? Have you seen a village burn to the ground- friends executed- as punishment for what you have done? Have you seen hundreds of people you know slaughtered while you stand by helpless? Have you been tortured day and night for a month? Do you truley know pain? I have. I do. I have seen a trillion sights man should never see. I have had death fallow me everywhere. I've come to the point where death is almost better than life. So when I run away from a battle because I am nearly dead, do not acuse me of cowardice, because as far as I'm concerned, you do not know what it means.

I look at the partchment skeptically, then begin re-sharpening my knife for the next time I may need it. Well that's a facinatingly vague story. Do any of you see any point in it, or could the writer use some of Mr. Rone's Training?

It seems to me that they're the same black-tinted-brown we suspected at the beginning. At least I hope so...

I don't see why everyone is against the flesh tones. What's wrong with them?

Amazed at my good luck, I wonder if I can grab any more cash. Meanwhile, I retrieve my knife, and the note.

Am I the only one noticing that the Commando Droids are no longer all-brown? Also, it appears I was right about Obi-Wan's hair.

I leap out of the way of the monster, then throw a knife at Minion B from the back row.

So, Skrall old friend- do we bother with the Beast of Chaotic Life? I think it might be best to let it go... I retrieve my knife*. OOC: *Is that how it works? I've never thrown a knife before.

I stumble through the door finally, and takes a potion I then, seeing the sight, attack Minion B with a throwing knife from the back row. OOC: Sorry about that. I was travelling to Saskawtchewan for a funeral yesterday, hence my inactive-ness. I won't be on at all tommorrow either.

I take Skrall aside for a minute. Look, not a coward. You know that. I nearly died fighting in that forest. But I was almsot dead again, and you have to do what you have to do. Please, show that to the others. I turn back to the gaurds. Ello, mates! I'm Rone, you may or may not have heard of me. I was a bit of a strategist in my day. I'm also good at motivation. You say you've been facing losses? Good thing you ran into me. Commander, look at your men. Now back at me. Now back to your men, now back at me. Sadly, they aren't me, but if they stopped using that pathetic training manual and listened to Mr. Rone for a bit, he could look like he's me. Look down, now back at me. You're on a training floor with the amasing soldier your men could look like. What's in your hand, back at me. I have it, it's a hand with two things you love. Look again, the things are now weapons. Anything is possible when you men look like soldiers and not ladies!

I don't see why everyone's bashing the similar ships. Companies tend to make things look generally the same. No one bashes the Outrider, even though it's similar to the Falcon. No one bashes the other TIE Fighters, even though they're clearly based off each other.

I limp away, and turn around, looking at the chaos behind me. I think back to the warfare at home, and my last few days in Duplovia. I see the Ruler's face... the man I had tried so hard to protect, to fight for... And the I hear the words again. "You failed." And it hits me again. And I relive those days. I relive the most painful days of my life over and over in a matter of seconds. Clinging to my 2 HP, I faint, listening to the sounds of screams old and new. Past and present. Life and death.

I'm sorry, I can't do you any more good... I flee the battle.

Ignoring Wren, I lob a bomb at Soldier B, F, G, H and J from the back row. Yeah, if you look at the stats 'pre-rolled' is crossed out- it was an old referance the Doc would probably get.

I'm about a quarter way through it, and I have to agree. In fact, in a couple of them, the reading is bad too.

Is it not more sensible to reduce the number of your foes quickly, so they have little time to strike back? I turn to Skrall Just like old times, eh? HYAH! I attack the Caravan Soldier © from the Front Row with my Whip.
