  3. After being inspired by the new LEGO train sets comming out, I decided to create one myself. It's my first locomotive MOC, and I'm very happy with the way it turned out. It was really cool to learn some new building techniques. Any comments and criticism would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Capt. Stabbin Brickshelf

  7. Nice job, Captain! Your ships are, as always, true works of art. I love your snot water and all the little details included in it! Looks like you had a good time, and that's what this hobby is all about. It's also nice to know there are still honest people out there, and that you can trust your creation won't be messed with when not around. Keep up the good work!!! Capt. Stabbin
  8. Since I'm new to the train forum, I thought I'd post some cars I've been working on. Here are some cars I have made for my Emerald Night. Since I have decided to make it a freight train, all my cars are going to be freight cars. I will use this thread to post my cars as I make them. I just don't know how to find the words to express how hurt I am by this. May he rest in peace, our dear Lord Admiral Zorro... Forever mourning, Capt. Stabbin(USA, 29)

It's really nice to see an idea go from wip to finished project. Your last pic made me feel as if I was there, watching Achille fire a broadside, sweet music to my ears. Great job, keep up the good work! Capt. Stabbin

  16. Hi everybody! I have always been interested in Lego trains, but never did anything about it until now. I recently acquired Emerald Night and I am now addicted. I just recently placed a couple orders for more track, and will be designing my layout soon(can't wait!). I'll have to wait a little while for the power functions, but as with all hobbies, it will only get better with time. I am new to the train forum, and have alot to learn. I look forward to being a part of your community! Here are a couple pics. I know everybody has seen this train, but its always nice to look at. Thanks, Capt. Stabbin
