WHOA!!!!!! do you thin you can give me some for free if you have so much???thanks
-
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I KNOW THE ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hey hobbes, did you previously claimed alot of other replacements from LEGO???? that is why they are like "oh, it is this guy again." and send you the wong replacements . i dunno,it is only a speculation.
-
so................what is stopping everyone to order "missing parts replacements" from LEGO even if they DO have the piece????
-
no, just seasoned veteran unlike yourself. *sad* oh, don't flatter me. but i must admit alot of people thinks i am an elitet. but with 150 transaction on Lego, that is like professional collector man. his level and experience on ebay can not be judged by some 3 months old ebay user.
-
150 transaction!? you must be a true collector.
-
but you left a point, that is in buying large lots you are never 100% sure what you are gonna get.
-
yes, that is correct too. gonna let people know what you want, i mean out of a million pieces of lego of different size and colors it is not surprising things can get confusing.
-
i agree to that too. i think lego customer service quality has really been declining over the past few years. not only with bad bricks, wrong sorting (the clone in 4504 would be a good example), great price difference between different region and now they are giving out wrong replacements. just what is lego doing???
-
people on that forum.........likes to cheat and steal and stuff.........i have seen that post too. their thief like behaviour just disgust me. mmmmmm...................even a 'Not so polite' letter to the customer service got you the piece you want. i wonder what Hobbes wrote to make the customer service not send his replacement...
-
I have one in decent condition I want to get rid of. PM me if you are interested in buying it from me. It has a few extra parts and figures. Don't waste time with ebay buy from people you know. ;-) Oh and Kenji, how old are you? i am as old as my tongue and a little bit older than my teeth, you?
-
in that case, it never happened to me........i wonder why.
-
be patient......just a few more days....be patient............ *skull*
-
oh comon sne please give phobbes a break, he has already told us all the tricks he knows and i must admit the advice is all very helpful in some way.
-
fellow members, i must tell you how impressed i am by your replies. this shows that it isn't just me, but all of you are upset and concern about the current fact that not only is lego forcing us to buy big sets to build our armies, but it is slowly but surely being taken over by its competitor. just look at its rivals, all those amazing franchise with the movies, narnia, spiderman, fantastic four...endless if they are still not willing to wake up from their 'get rich quick' dream then the end reuslt would be them losing an even LARGER sector of its customer. once the lego star wars contract is over i bet they are going to lose like 30% of their net revenue and 5-10 years later i can see the company is going to be in big trouble.

easy natalie, easy, i was only thanking you for informing me something i had anticipated but could not quite grasp. since you have only joined for 3 months i guess you still have alot to learn and i would recoomend patient is the key to success. therefore as a respected member here i shared my tricks around and so do you. there is no need to include the'stock market' and 'price corrections' here so we all get amazed and frightened, believe me, new methods are being discovered in most aspects of life, however i would reckon there is a limit to how much technique there is for 'bidding for cheap lego on ebay', especially since you have announed all your tricks, don't you think so? *sweet* don't get so tight up, and i wish you can find yourself a good deal on ebay tonight.

i am not being heavy and sarcastic, i was offering my help. in fact, i have got lots of axle of different lengths which i don't really need. if you can ask me politely, i can even look to see if i have anything you want. just trying to be helpful to those who needs help.

Please, don't... "dude-ing" someone is, like, so not, like, cool... For Customer Service, no matter which one, it's not. Definately not. Whatever CTT is, but what's that got to do with Customer Service? Please, read the thread again. And then get off those drugs... please... What's a message board for? Sharing your thoughts and experiences about your hobby. Experiences with Customer Service is part of it. Not that I haven't mentioned that before... Now I am worried... That's the experiance I've gotten. It's not the first time inquiries went like that. Although, one time I did receive a call(!) at home and the lady left a message on my answering machine. That was surprising... pal, maybe that is it. people did call you up to ask what is your issue with your lego but you were not there to answer them at home. i would assume they don't just have people sitting in the lego office waiting for someone to come home and then ask them about their missing axle and wrinkled instructions booklet. but then again i am not sure if that is the case, letr's put it this way, if everyone's replacements are fine and settled, why is yours not all right?????/have you not done something ???? you know, it is easier to change yourself than change other people. oh you don't know what a CTT is?????i thought you are quite good with Lego and stuff but i could be wrong. nevermind, the CTT is short for Clone Turbo Tank. hope that has answered your question and helped you alot.

Customer service rule #1: the customer is king, no matter how he acts or behaves. You don't play tricks on customers as customer service. Read my opening post again... I was merely telling about an experience with LEGO Direct, nothing more. I wasn't looking for a "solution" or what I'm supposed to do. I'm mature enough to handle it myself. Now, stop telling me to be polite because that wasn't the point of this thread. dude, the 'customer is king' thing is only a long lost legend, we are never right.....or wrong if that matters. we just have to go with the flow, we can only choose to buy or not to buy when something is produced.like you can be a customer and say to lego 'i think a set of CTT should only cost 5USD', i mean when i say you i mean anyone can go and say that to LEGO but that doesn't make them right even if they are customer, right???? as for not playing tricks on customers........ given with what you have told me i think a trick has been played on someone already..........fancy giving 3 short axle when a long one is asked for......... i know you are not asking for a solution, but then i am lost at why do you bring this up????? maybe just as ghoulrealm has mentioned------------be polite and then cry later. don't worry, we are always here to help you out.
-
wow...............that IS a discovery, isn't it?
-
just build it on your own then
-
??? I dunno, you tell me. Again: I used the web form, which is a formal, impersonal, automatic e-mail generator, nothing else. Why should I? I didn't make a mistake. And I was polite. that's my whole point. to LEGO company , individual buyers like you are a small potato if not nothing. plus you probably didn't ask politely enough so who ever read your email simply played a little trick on you. and yes, there is not much you can do about it now except take a picture and post it up here so everyone can hear your tragic story. (those axle probably cost like 0.1USD in BL anyway) try email them again, be polite, explain your situation and hope they will respond to your request.

TLC is trying to stay in the black. They are not a money-hoarding company looking to up a huge profit by a few more bucks. Set prices are better this year than last year it would seem. Honestly, why would TLC be over taken by megabloks and playmobil? Megabloks is declining in set design quality faster than TLC was, and these last few years have given us some incredible sets. Playmobil is in a different league, beside the minor similarities to the mini-fig. As far as I'm concerned we don't have adequate evidence to support the declining quality of the LEGO brick. I have noticed things here and there, but nothing substantial enough to call TLC out on. None of this is relevant to your original post, which complains of the absence of the mini-fig packets. Further more you failed to recognize my examples. TLC is trying to appease the masses while still remaining profitable. Maybe in a decade or two mini-fig packs will be back in all their prestigious glory? We'll just have to wait and see. yea, you can wait. but i don't know if other consumers, such as some 4 year old are going to wait with you, with such rising prices they will be switching to plamobile in no time.

i agree, it is ..................weird

ebay has been there for around 10 years, trust me, there are no new tricks. hahahahahahahahahaha good luck with your future bidding.
