(MOC) How to expose Home made MicroScale SW ?
lego-maniac replied to lego-maniac's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Thanks all for your comments ! The title is not really understandable but it's due to my poor english, sorry .... Here is few pictures to present the "how to" for the pentagone. The first level is studed on the plate by this way : And the 4 other level are independant and the most problème was to keep the shape of the pentagone. I've do not find better solution than this one : The idea to have 5 pentagone each independant is to dispatch better all the 26 ships and to obtain something like this : Hope this pics could give some help for a pentagone build ! -
Hi all I'm glad to present our latest creation (me and my son) He has build all the 26 micro ship and as he wants to present them to a convention (Fanabrique 2011) I've decided to find an original idea to present it . So here is the result : First I've build 5 independant pentagone studed on a turntable : then, I've put technical bar to stuck the micro ships: And for more fun, I've motorized the installation : If you want to see it in action, here is a video I'll take time to present all the 26 ship soon, I promise ! comments are welcome ! EDIT / Here is a where all the 26 microscale can be seen

The back of the façade will look like this This pic was just a test made few days ago, I'm looking for good price for printing a poster of 2,00 m X 0,70m if ever you have links, they will be welcome (printing and stick lots of A3 is not a good idea...) lightningtiger ; Vive les lego ! ;) and "keeponbricking" would probably looks like : Contiune à "legoter" !

All is home made, no copy the chair and the tables take me 2 hours of time to optimize the littles parts at 100% the worst was to clip the back of the chair but I succeed ! I'm very happy you notice this details The trees are also home made. Lights come from the idea of Louloute and for the cars, here is 2 bonus pics Thanks all for comments !

Here is my entry for the L13 contest : Guards of Atlantis on BrickPirate Face to "l'entité d'Atlantis" it will be hard but nevermind! It's called ATLANTIRIUM aka Atlantis in your Aquarium ! The idea was to have the real atlantis at home so in water ! I've build a vig on the theme and I've decide to put in into water. But the moc is bigger than the hole of the aquarium so it must has been dismanteled and build inside (lot of patience !) Every body knows that our lovely plastic brick float so just imagine the difficulty The final result is not really what I expected because the moc seems too big for the aquarium The top level of the moc reach the top level of the aquarium. Maybe I'll try to improve the moc by reducing the total height of 2 bricks. But even if I've spent 2 hours to build the moc, to introduce into the aquarium take almost the same time ! here is some pics ! more pics on my gallery hope you'll enjoy ! EDIT / I've just think about it but it could belong to the D2C contest maybe ! is an admin could edit the title of the post by adding D2C contest ? txx
