Happy Birthday and party on! *y*

An impressive layout indeed, with a decent fire and police station and an interesting modern looking town hall.... *y* Your charming beach area looks very nice too.... especially if I imagine the cargo liner trying to get by.... :-D

A really great work, especially with the inclusion of these neat yellow neck ones! :-) -
A very fine work indeed! *y*

Steampunk: The Incredible Horseless Carriage, plus bikes
Asuka replied to erikutt's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
What a very nice work! *sweet* Your IHC ( X-D ) looks good, I like especially the barrels on the sides, the lanterns and that cool smoke stack. And your motorbikes´re just awesome, very cool and simply marvelous greebled! *y* Although, sadly, your pics´re pretty much out of focus.... X-O but these post-apoc-like steampunk bikes still look pretty impressive though. :-) -
I really like the unique and cool look of all these skull crafts, a very creative work indeed with very smart and interesting building techniques. A somehow brave and good decision for TLC to release that 3vil faction, a theme with great originality and full of fantasy, but still very clear and elegant in form and functionality. *y*

He he.... I bought that set on sale, for part usage too, especially for that mask.... *sweet* *y*

Because of sentimentality.... those movies´re part of my, ahem, later teenage years.... and I really adore the brilliant work of Michael J. Fox.... *wub*

A very interesting work and a formidable idea too.... I really love houses on the ocean (or river) front.... *wub* You also did a good job on all these different designs, they all look very nice.... I guess my favorite´s the brown one with the yellow windows, a very smart use of that raised baseplate, with neat details like the balustrade with the motorbike. *y* Your vehicles look pretty cool too, especially that old truck. If your continuing on that project it would be nice to post your results somewhen in a new topic here around again, Eilif. *sweet*

Thank you very much for that informative and well thought-out review with so many fine pictures and interesting links, BerndDasBrot. *y* A fascinating theme with a clear color scheme and many well designed and very playable sets indeed. My favorite aspect of that line´s clearly how TLC managed to make attractive sets for kids (and AFOLs X-D ) without shooting devices, crappy aliens, a boring storyline or some oversized guns'n'dinosaurs.... :-P A clever idea, a few magnets.... and a lot of play fun on! :'-)

A classic firestation in a fine size, with good proportions and a fitting interior. The small helicopter looks very charming, only the black roof on your neat fire truck distracts a little.... The trees and flowers´re a sweet addition, well done. *sweet*

Hello and welcome to the overall nice side of the brick. *y*

The Crouched Titan´s nice and looks pretty good in different poses. Maybe the legs of your Flight one could look a less comical if positioned nearer to the middle part of it. This could also gain more attention to the clear and neat structured cockpit.... :-)

A very creative and grinding but still very funny work. Time for a nice cup of coffee on.... :-D *y* -
A beautiful and smooth work with great details like that mini catapult and the, hmm, floral blood work.... :-P *y*

A pretty cool rendering of the original, nice work! *y*

Very neat and funny indeed! :-D *y*

What a fine and thoughtful work, the overall design of it just looks smart and very clever. The new prison fits marvelous, and the incredible amount of very fine details, especially the doughnuts, the two jewels, the piece of clay and the Mad Hatter´re plain cool. The whole MOC´s just wonderful, very decent in shape and structure, and your Commissioner Gordon and the other MFs fit into it very well. :'-) *y*

That´s a fine and well fitting cantina indeed, only the counter with the barmaid perhaps could need some improvements.... maybe a rack with some bottles and stuff in the background, and a little more place to lean on for the drunken ones.... :-P

A shiny steamy mechanical fire fighter, what a wonderful idea and marvelous done too! :'-)
-
A very nice layout with many charming buildings in an interesting and colorful color scheme. I especially like that neat green and white and red pub and that white and red and yellow corner house with the passage.... and, of course, your monorail. *sweet*

A fine work indeed, but I guess we already talked about this neat creation here.... 8-| somewhere.... X-D

Pretty smart indeed.... :-D
