    My Universe

Uhm... my response time seems a little slow, but hey, I´m not one of the youngest here around... You usually should be able to edit the title too if you´re editing the first post of your thread. Your Dragon Tyrant looks gorgeous, a very fine and creative fusion indeed!
  3. A very nice and interesting new plot, and very funny too! Oh, and... Kabuki Star Wars on!
  4. A very creative and really cool, or better hot, creature design.
  5. Hello and welcome, Zorbas! For the lack of car doors, right now I start to think that TLC invented a new technology for their MFs to get into their cars, something like a mini-transporter (instead of an electronic car key) that beams their a**es on the seat in the twinkling of an eye... hmm, but wait... why would they still need cars then anyways..? Ouch, my head hurts...

    My Hogwarts

A very impressive work indeed. You did a wonderful job with including so many famous scenarios to a very fine, detailed and neat looking Hogwarts, it´s amazing! But of course, although your building´s really large and very well done most rooms look still a bit cramped. But well, Hogwarts is just too enormous anyways and to represent it properly would need a layout twice or better thrice as big than yours I guess... so in the end your scheme´s a nearly perfect compromise, and a pretty clever and inspiring MOC for sure.

    City '09?

A very fine set indeed, thanks for the nice pics metalandi! A pretty detailed truck (with doors!! ) and a very lovely helicopter with an especially neat designed tail section. Somehow the whole set, from its playability, reminds me a lot of classic TV series like The A-Team or The Fall Guy...
  8. Great review, Erdbeereis1, thank you, especially for that video part. A crystal harvester... now that´s cool, I wouldn´t´ve thought of that. A nice surprise, TLC, and well done, much better than I actually thought indeed. The whole thing looks like something from an a little more colorful Mad Max universe, very playable and full of neat details. Pretty interesting... oh no, should I really start to like that line too..?
  9. A nice and idyllic little scenery. Winter fun on!
  10. Thanks for that fine review, Mariko. A very neat set with a satisfying amount of details in a, for the Construction subtheme, very charming size.
  11. Na, there´s already enough white in your creation. To take a more vivid color was the right decision for sure.

    MOC: Lego Store

A wonderful work and something every LEGO town would really need - simply lovely!
  13. Thanks for that good review, snefroe! A very interesting set, neat in function and nice to look at, but the best part seems to be these new parts indeed... I´m not sure about these new door hinges, they look a little weak to me for long term use, perhaps... but these new crane pieces are simply wonderful for a lot of things... bridges, pillars, buildings... and yes, for starships too (that was actually the first thing I thought of when I saw the first pics of that set). Now I really hope that we´ll see them in different colors too, somewhen.
  14. A very neat and charming work, especially with that distinct entry, the red canopy and carpet work great and add a fine color contrast.
  15. That´s a fresh and interesting design, and pretty futuristic too.... it seems like the engine´s probably integrated to the passenger section rather than to the train operator´s cab, and the access to the coach looks very functional too.
  16. Thank you for that very good and comprehensive review, kobe! Orient Expedition´s really a wonderful line, and that set´s pretty nice. The elephant, the fine MFs (I always liked that Pippin´s equipped with a camera - that´s a neat touch especially compared with nowadays a little too humdrum set conception... although, the dynamite´s also cool ) and the charming vehicle... a real classic!
  17. Thanks for that info, Front. Nina Hagen... fine classic punk music that was in the old days... Now I guess she´ll at least´ve some fun with these MM Jellies...

    Bike

A neat and indeed pretty futuristic looking design... maybe, with that color scheme, it looks pretty much like something from the Batman universe... it could be interesting to see it in, let´s say, white or blue too.
  19. It seems like they really live a pretty adventurous life by visiting so many great and interesting places... I especially like that Fort Churchill picture... very nice!

    XB-21 'Nombis'

A wonderful work in an interesting shape, with very sleek lines. Especially the look from the sides and from above or from the bottom unveils the very elegant design.
  21. A nice and pretty smooth work... I especially like that neat rounded shape of it, very fine.
  22. I just love asymmetrical space ship designs, very nice, sir dano! Your fighter looks pretty smooth and well armed, maybe the engine section could look a tad more distinct...
  23. Thank you for that fine review, Sinner. When I looked at this set in the store it was really love at first sight... All three models´re very nicely designed, but especially the ferry´s just beautiful! Although I love my MF sets it´s clearly the CREATOR line that nowadays keeps the spirit of 'just imagine' alive... I really wish they would put a little more weight on alternative models within the MF based System line as well...
  24. Thanks for that very fine review, NewRight. The Soldier´s Impulse looks simply perfect. I´m very glad they included the backpack, too. The Pirate´s one looks also great. The fish on a stick´s and the lil´ campfire´s pretty neat, but I´m not sure about the pickaxe... perhaps a parrot would be better...
  25. Thanks for that fine review, TheBrickster. A very charming set conception, and pretty well executed. The neat cabin on the rocks, these shattered wreck pieces and the mast with that swing bridge... a very lovely pirate adventure playground indeed!
