  1. Ah, you´re right of course, although AquaRaiders´re available at least in some countries, there´re still some in the shelves of my local TRU. Seems like I suppressed these sinister memories... However, I really hope that these creepy times´re gone and´ll never return... AFOLs may´re well able to get sets via eBay, but there´s something just rotten to the core with the some kids´re more equal than others scheme... And I won´t believe it for sure. I mean, can you think of this: (trooperdavinfelth´s) little Sammy: Mammy! Mammy! Lookit the cool SpacePolice sets! Can I play with them, can I, can I? And the coloured girls TLC say: No, you can´t... Not the very best slogan ever I guess... Sounds very good to me indeed, thanks!
  2. TLC´s distribution policy is indeed often not very understandable when it comes to certain sets and certain countries. That´s for sure not fair and a subject to serious anger. But here we´re not talking about some countries... we´re talking about whole continents... that seems a little weird even for TLC.
  3. And the reason for reserving a whole line for a limited region would be ´cause TLC isnt´t interested in earning money anymore, huh..? Wouldn´t make any sense, would it?
  4. An interesting and very charming fighter design, well done. It almost looks like some predecessor of the classic Cylon Raider too, very nice...
  5. Hello and welcome, legofan! There´re some interesting architectural things going on in Singapore... Would be cool to see that in bricks too! Planned Residential Tower
  6. A very good job and a really fast looking sports car. Would you mind to build a life-sized one, put in a real engine and give it to me... please?
  7. Thanks for that nice review, RangerBob. This one´s my favorite Classic SP set and one of my all-time favorite LEGO spaceships as well. A real beauty, and it´s only real weakness IMO, the lack of some decent engines, led me to some pretty fancy speculations about alternative reactionless propulsion engines...

    The Phoenix

A very nice and harmonious fighter that really lives up to his name, well done! It´s also very fine to see some solid landing gear, but maybe the front gun (?) looks too close to it and could need some additional detailing...
  9. Thanks for that fine review, liquidcross. I really like the overall neat design of that little red ride, although I wish it would come with a brickbuilt backside instead of the second windscreen piece to give some access to the cockpit and also a little more playability. A grille brick or so on front instead that odd sticker could´ve been a very welcomed detail too. However, nothing that couldn´t be salvaged by MODing. So, a country life for me and a bottle of moonshine on... now all I need more´s a sweet little cattle impulse or army builder set, yeeha!
  10. new game, new luck...
  11. A very cool work and an indeed very interesting rendering of the original: The interior looks brilliant, and although it´s not easy for sure I really would like to see that green inner line around the windows because I think this adds really a lot to the overall composition of the painting... However, you already did a very fine and smooth job on this!

    MOC: Toyota iQ

A charming and very sweet little car, and a clever work.
  13. Not really...
  14. Hello and welcome to the who-side of the brick!
  15. No powering up cause somebody else has the key...
  16. This is ... this is ... simply marvelous!! An astounding work! They all look very beautiful, but my favorits´re for sure your cool shocktroopers. A w e s o m e . But maybe... the Minifig Customisation Workshop subforum would be the better place to post your wonderful creations I guess... And you should, if possible, deeplink at least one of these pics as some kind of teaser.
  17. Thank you all for your nice birthday greetings and all those cool brick´n´paper cakes & the other cool stuff. I mean, StarWars Origami, that´s really pretty nifty... there´s also an X-wing there to find... superb! But who´s the one who needs to clean up the whole mess..? Exactly, me... well, time to put on my working outfit... Whoops... it´s not so easy to find the right picture all the time...
  18. I wonder if Sandy Cheeks space helmet fits on the new cows... yeeha. That fourhander would be an awesome cowboy´n´gunslinger for sure... That would be an explanation for why there´re no aliens in the SPD too... the whole department´s just made up of Chuck Norris clones...
  19. Yep, indeed... on the other hand, these aliens´re fancy and thrilling, contrary to the MM ones, so I can see: Little Sammy: Mammy! Mammy! Lookit the little aliens mammy! They´re cool as cucumber with their funky outfit and their groovy cars, can I become a Space Gangsta too when I´m grown up, mammy, I wanna steal the gold from the stuffy police men and blow stuff up with my big laser gun, mammy!
  20. That´s a very impressive work and a simply marvelous landscaping and an overall very clever and inspiring construction! The caverns look brilliant, the subterranean stream´s beautiful and that beacon´s a smooth piece of art. The story´s also very well told. A monumental, a titanic, yes ... a simply mountainous MOC indeed!
  21. It seems like the canopy opens simply via that technic L-beam... I really like the nifty design of that craft... a SP convertible... pretty sexy, even if it´s perhaps not exactly airtight...
  22. He he... I guess that´s what becomes of them if they scrape their plates with crystals like mother rock monster always says... Thanks for these interesting pics, Bricks!
  23. Trolls Mountain Fortress looks better than I thought on these new pics, more color-full with some neat and more trollish structures indeed. Drawbrige Defense still looks like an a little better, parts-wise, KK set to me... a parts- and figures pack, not so much more... but maybe some bigger pics´ll reveal some by now (for me) hidden beauty as time goes by... Thanks again, Bricks!
  24. I´m pretty curious about some of these new parts like those blades on the space truck... perhaps they could serve as swords too... that could be cool... quite interesting for sure. Gritty space barbarians... sweet! Caution: I don´t brake for G-Men on...
