  1. Has anyone read the quote on that Youtube page....."Just so you know these pictures are not 100% accurate" ! Look closely.....it's a mix of known vehicles, scenes and minifigs.
  2. Yeah, I know I need more ute's (ah, they are all at the pub or muster ).....sadly also Lego hasn't made border collies or other working dogs yet. Tomorrow I'll try to have another ute up and running....keep watching !
  3. I made some more roadway changes, the main street is just that a main street. The cross intersection is just a side road between town centre proper and businesses on the fringe of the town, plus the short road across the rail tracks. When I score some more cash I can buy more 48x48 plates, I could only buy one this week....oop's I need a stack of 8x16 tiles again ! I'm thinking of a fuel depot next to the builders supply yard, plus still I must work on the cop shop, etc., along side of the block of shops. Sadly I might have to send my rebuilt row of shops to Tasmania for 'Free Spirit' as I said money is a problem at the moment. Any suggestions are very welcome.....keep watching !
  4. Toy Corner gets poly bags from time to time, mainly the Star Wars ones....but sometimes City as well, though they do have the poly bag Hulk minifig for 49.99 - a bit pricey but where else are you going to find one in Oz eh ?
  5. AWESOME creation 'Mark of Falworth'.....the lighting totally sets it off ! Brick On Fight On !
  6. Thinking it now Lego might be more worried about pirated cloned sets from China.
  7. I it ! AWESOME heavy modifying there 'Trijntje'.....but aren't those girls a bit young to be knocking back white wine ! Brick On with your Friend's 'Trijntje' !
  8. I would say neither frontal or rear engine mount.....but a flying wing design with the '-zenn' take on it.
  9. Not bad at all 'monsinjor', though the structure looks a little unfinished. But that 4x4 is just AWESOME ! Brick On LDD On 'monsinjor' !
  10. Well, this is a first......Lego actually popping up and asking nicely to remove links, etc., perhaps the theme might have a different name next year or powers greater than that of Lego i.e. Cartoon Networks owner TimeWarner wasn't happy with this being made public so soon ?
  11. Excellent review 'CoP', funny too....you must watch out for your partner.....you never know when they'll pop up behind you ! So is this a mail box set or market stall set or a what-ever-you-like-to-call-it set ? It's a neat array of parts, with a cute little brick-built heart.....aw ! Brick On Review On with your Friend's 'CoP'.....as long as you watch out for Ginny !
  12. Sorry 'Cpt BeerBeard', but there is one wave of Ninjago next year and that's it. And that was difficult to find even that out from one of my many sources.
  13. AWESOME battle machine 'yoderevolution', planing any more ? Brick On Fight On !
  14. This is too easy for Lego to make right...... We'll see eh ?
  15. Save the image somewhere everyone, by the end of the day Lego legal eagles might have it pulled off the net. Looks interesting.....I hear Lego has poured a lot of money in to a theme next year, the most ever.....could it be this ?
  16. I might just close to that mark too in the end !
  17. Hmm, 22x12 baseplates.....which ones 32x16.....32x32....48x48 ? I'm planning the longest street in my town currently a total of 288 studs (6 48x48 base plates in length) and still growing. I wish you luck in your new work 'mawich' and Brick On !
  18. Interesting digital creation 'monsinjor', lots of detailing....actually too much in places especially the rear of the vehicle. The opening roof section is good, plenty of room to play in.....truth to tell it would fit the world of The Dark Knight easy. Brick On LDD On 'monsinjor' !
  19. Ah, blue train windscreen ! We shall see eh ? Now reading the fire sets again, I think the ladder truck could be the fourth great vehicle....though it's a bit lame to take a vehicle from one sub-theme and just throw it in another....unless the designers at Lego are all competing against each other ?
  20. Wonderful creation 'andyscouse', AWESOME detailing and nice to see the town hall from Town Plan becoming a library. Delightful street scape as well....excellent designing 'andyscouse' and Brick On !
  21. Again bless you 'Klaus', another new doggie ! The burning house set must be that way to meet it's price point....of course modifying it would lend itself to have someone crying for help from the window. Good, a new fire station....I totalled the last one for parts , though the 2010 was better than the 2007/8 model....an external lift would be a play feature for children to use. Good to see another female fire fighter....hopefully with a female torso. Now 'Klaus' did you see the fourth great vehicle....there is four, I've been told there are four (and that was hard to get information) ?
  22. Well we have the city based and forest based police stations right ? Back to what's coming.....I wonder if the concrete shoot allows 1x1 round plates to slide out into the wheel barrow like a real cement truck ?
  23. 'Klaus', you being us good news....."The Lone Ranger", ah the wild west lives ! But now I'm going to be broke next year.....with the new city, Hobbit and now this oh, dear !
  24. Bless you 'Klaus' for the information......each set......SOLD.....though where's the fourth great vehicle eh ? Though I was told fire theme for 2013.....man so much law enforcement in Lego City....police state ? Push cart....folks would a red wheel barrow. The museum and chase sets are a must-buy for every City collector....plus those vehicles and please may the second half have the long awaited new service station as the tanker comes with a bowser (fuel pump). (the 4207 is only useful in a pure city layout and rural/town layouts...eh, not really it's a bit big in some ways. At least this little bit of information gives us something to chew on.
  25. The release date is mid-October, I wonder what is on the DVD ?
