  1. It is official: my vikings need new horns. I wll have to do a Brickforge order...great creatures, great acessories...wonderful stuff. Shakar
  2. They're good, but I can't understand why you removed Hahli's wings. Together with the mask they're the things that make the set, I think. Shakar
  3. One day I took a look at the list of smilies that can be added to a post and I noticed that the 2007 skellie was missing. I thought: "Hey, if it doesn't exist make your own!" So I opened Paint, I took the regular skellie smilie and I began modifying it...after about 10 minutes, this is the result. Now the problem is: how do I make it transparent? Maybe it could be added to the official smilies list? I'd like to hear your toughts. :-) Shakar
  4. They're a legion of Undeads. They kinda are like droids. I'd like some undead variations, however...ghosts, wraiths, zombies...I suppose that not all of them are at the same state of decomposion, eh? *skull* Shakar
  5. It's one of the best lines Lego has ever produced, as far as I'm concerned. The Crown Knights are great. The silver acessories are very useful, the heraldly is very nice and I love the colour scheme- dark blue is my favourite colour. The Princess, the King, the mounted knights, the bardings...great stuff. The skellies faction is awesome as well. The faces are my favourite parts: the red eyes make them looking like beings animated by a mysterious magical force. I just think that the arms could have been a bit better. The skull heraldly is very nice. The printing has great details: I love the wooden background and the skull that looks so similar to the skull from the Pirate line, plus with that small crack added on it. *skull* The Euro armour has a wonderful printing too! My favourite minifig from this faction is the Dark Wizard because he has lots of little details and just looks very cool. If you don't like him or you have a spare one like me, he is an excellent parts fodder. The dragons...SO much better than I thought! They're big, fun, menacing and, following the tradition of regular Lego minifigs, cartoony. The design of the sets are good, too. The Skeleton Tower coliud have been a little bit better, but hey, that tower sure is eye candy. Gotta love the skull gate. And I can't wait for Dwarf Mining! Dwarfs, Goblins and Trolls... :'-) Lego, keep up the awesome work! Shakar
  6. Ahh...I can't believe somebody picky like me didn't notice this. X-D Still, probably my favourite printed hips details ever. Great for evil wizards, dark knights and dark lords alike. Shakar
  7. The person above me's post number is 666. Shakar
  8. The person above me is right. Shakar
  9. The person above me is right. Shakar
  10. Hmm...how do goblin eyes look like? Shakar
  11. Nothing more than your average wizard with fancy, spiky, purple hair. Shakar
  12. I like the small white circles on the eyes. They make them look more...alive. On the Necromancer hips and legs..yes, they do fit. But they can also be used as separate pieces, since the belt printing is a perfectly symmetrical image. Smart move on Lego's part. Shakar
  13. The idea the dark green capes came by taking a look at the fantastic Demon Maw faction. I wish Lego made stuff like this...maybe they will.... *sweet* Hey, maybe my title should be changed to "Rise of the Goblin Horde"? You know *yoda*, I was thinking that I could bricklinking your head, painting on it a pair of bloody red eyes and attaching it to a black minifig, kinda like this guy on the front. Yes *yoda* , you will become my Goblin King! >:-) Shakar
  14. I quite like him too, but if you take a look at his true form, you see that there's a huge difference between the two forms. So my thought was "well, let's say that he looks a bit fancy because that's just a disguise, and that face is a mask". But I eventually grew bored of that excuse and I began thinking that he didn't look dark enough. I mean, Ruha is a sort of Grim Reaper, a corrupted one who doesn't do his job well. So I thought of giving him a new look. Now he looks like this (I still have limited access to my camera, so don't except pics in a while): Legs: black Hips: black Necromancer printed hips Torso: red Imperial Guard torso Arms: black Hands: red Neckwear: black cape and white epaulettes (give him a powerful look) Head: blank head in trans orange Headgear: black Bat Lord mask (that's his face) Weapon: black umbrella handle+dark bley Skeleton sword = normal Lego scytche from the new Skeletons faction...come on, what better weapon for the Angel of Death? Wait...does that mean that you thought the Ruha I linked to was the new design? Nope, the one I described now is the new version. Sorry if I wasn't clear. On the princess thing.... :-$ Shakar
  15. I got this set a few months ago, and it's my favourite Castle set so far. The tower is a bit empty, but it looks quite impressive. The dragon is better than I thought; I
  16. I love the Dragon Masters, but I only own two knights and Majisto from the faction. So I'd love a new dragon faction, with a castle similar to a hybrid between Dark Dragon's Den and Fire Breathing Fortress; but much more elaborate and..uhm...with a better design. I also think that Dracus's faction should have been be expanded more. I love these shields: I like the idea of the Ogre/Goblin king. I think that he should have a different and more elborate version of regular goblin soldiers torsos (I bet that they have a viking-esque torso...scale mail, belts, etc..), a new, wicked looking type of crown, either a sword or a staff and, finally, a cape in a new colour. Dark green, peraphs? Shakar
  17. The King's torso isn't new. A few vikings have it. I got the King with the Chess set, and I think he's great. I love the dark blue cape. *y* Shakar
  18. ..similar to a certain legend. A figure dressed in black appears. He has spiky purple hair, big blue eyes and is very, very handsome.
  19. Now that's a great idea! Another set to expand the dwarf mining would be wonderful. More modular additions to the King's Castle wouldn't be bad either. Regarding the goblin army: Goblin Siege Engine Attack The goblins have built a massive siege engine and they want to test it on the king's knights! Help the brave soldiers defending the outpost from the enemies, using the catapult at the top and the various weapons. The goblins' siege engine features a ram, a catapult, a prison cage and more. The set includes 3 goblins, a troll, 3 knights and a horse with barding. The goblin siege engine would be kinda like the main building from Bull's Attack, but in reddish brown, much bigger, with goblin flags, shields, horns (viking ones and large tail tip ones) to decorate it, and, of course, with a much better design. It would have a working ram, a catapult at the side (I include many catapults because that's what Lego would do, personally I almost always remove them from my sets anyway), a prison cage in the middle that can house 4-5 minifigs, a tower section at the top, a ladder at the other side so minifigs can reach the top. It would be the ultimate siege machine. Regarding the Crown Knights outpost.. first off it would be modular. You would be able to attack it to the King's Castle. Of course it would need a catapult a the top. It could be a sort of small tower, with 2-3 floors. I think it would be a bit smaller than the sea outpost from Skeleton Ship Attack. Price: I'd say 70 Euro. Shakar
  20. ...a giant beam of bright blue light hits Sir Nadroj, turning him into.... Shakar
  21. "Amazing" is the right word. It's a wonderful image, full of secrets and sneak peeks. At your service, master *yoda*. Thanks. :-) I did notice the chains on the maces, but, like the dwarf, I forgot to circle them. Regarding the skeleton, I see one with a different face and black body. Are you talking about that minifig?Shakar
  22. "I can't make sandwiches, sir!" Replied Liutenant (sp?) Stauder. Suddently a dark figure appears. "I'll teach you how to make them." Says the dark figure, who reveals itself as...
  23. I did cricle that in the first version, but I forgot to do it in the final version of the image. Could it be a dwarf? Shakar
  24. VDF on steroids, with the greatness of the new Castle line. That's my general idea. I want Elves. Lego made me happy with the dwarfs, the goblins and the trolls, but I want Elves too! Take a look at this folder. Sure, there are things that are way too modern, but there are werewolfs, demonic creatures, mummies, various dark beings...I'd like to see some things like these joining the army of the Dark Wizard. Dark army on! Shaakr
  25. Thanks guys!
