  1. Why do we have both Technic Pin 4459 with friction ridges and Technic Pin 3673 without friction ridges? I ask because most (all?) technic frames that use pins end up fully braced so that the friction ridges are not necessary. A well braced frame can use 3673 type pins only without comprising the structural integrity. Is it to allow easier construction? i.e. limiting technic bricks on partly constructed frames from spinning around? Noodles

  3. Hi everybody, I would like to participate as well. Sounds great. I've only just discovered the whole online AFOL concept (and bricklink, which is awesome), so this is exciting for me . Is Room 5 still available? If not, any other 16 x 16 would be sweet. Room description TBA. Maybe the 'Design Team', assuming this is equipment/vehicle/ship etc. design i.e. a sci-fi architects office (I'll see if there's a black turtleneck torso clone trooper lol). Thanks, Noodles
