  1. Weird. It was my first order as well (placed less than half an hour after the crawler became available), and my order switched over to "In process" yesterday and to shipped today. What's a bit weird is that the tracking number I was given did work a few hours ago, giving me first only a status that the tracking ID was created. A bit later it was changed to "picked up", but since only a short while after that, the tracking system says it can't find the tracking number... I wonder what happened with it, especially since it was picked up...
  2. Apparently, we Swedes are wealthy...
  3. My order is stated as "in process" (that's also the status for all its items, including the crawler), but I just got a mail from customer service (answer for an email I sent yesterday about a possible issue with my phone number), stating that "[my] order is complied and will be packed and ship as soon as possible!" My interpretation of this is that "in process" status on the crawler item in your order means that you have one reserved (but not yet shipped). I'd guess a "backordered" crawler is in queue, waiting for any invalid orders to be cancelled or something like that. (Edit: "in process", not "in progress")
  4. My order, placed from Sweden around 1 am CEST (GMT+2, that is, a few hours before yours) got order number Y451630xxx. I would think that the order numbers are not entirely linear, at least not globally... Unless you used time machines. Cheaters.
  5. Has anyone (besides gerkenz) gotten their order to shipped status yet? I guess that with "In Process" status, you've got an actual set reserved, but I won't be certain until I see "Shipped"...
  6. According to Customer Service, S@H only had ~5000 (someone was told 4700, I was told 5000) in stock, globally. No split for regions. That's what people in the other thread have said, anyway. Edit: Maybe 5000 is what was made available today, since S@H does state an expected date for later availability.
  7. My status just (well, in the last 5-10 minutes or so), shifted to "In process". As said earlier, I placed my order some time between ~12:50 and 1:00 am CEST. Hope it's going well for the rest of you as well.
  8. It seems the Swedish prices weren't really fair... 1999 SEK, which is equivalent to about €231 or $307. Comparing that to the Danish, who could get it for 1499 DKK (~€201, $267 or 1743 SEK if you will), less than an hour's train ride away for me, and the other examples shared here, Sweden got the short end of the stick... :/
  9. I just got off the phone with Customer Support, since I wondered about the "Customer Support" order status that my order was stuck with, getting worried since everything that came up when googling was about fraud prevention. However, the (Swedish) CS rep told me that the sets (she told me they had 5000, but I saw someone else here mention 4700) were sold out just five minutes past midnight (I stupidly didn't ask about what timezone, got a bit shocked by that info). A bit odd since it didn't even show up until about 12:30 or 12:40 am CEST... (Therefore, I guess she meant midnight GMT.) They had two people manually going through all the orders to make sure everything is alright (due to the uniqueness of the set, hence the mentioned order status). Should be done in a few hours, according to the CS rep. I hope me browsing through some other lego sets after 41999 showed up (ended up ordering a 9392 as well) didn't cause me to lose the order... I got my confirmation mail at 1:08 am CEST, but I definitely did order before 1:00 am CEST (don't know exactly when, but I saved a PDF of the order summary at 1:00 am, according to the timestamp, and I know it took me a few minutes to actually think of doing so). *crossing all possible fingers* (First post for me, I hope I didn't do anything wrong.)
