Thanks for the advice. I'll do that. But what about the DHL Tracking site. It didnt display the city/country. In Germany the location was displayed but not in Sweden i guess. Anything you've noticed? -

Finally. Got my MiniMech yesterday. I've noticed that S@H ships with DHL. But when the parcel arrives in Sweden they hand over it Posten (Swedish mail) making the tracking number invalid. Better be home when the real deal arrives at my house... Strange. Edit. My status is now changed from Backordered to In Process. Lucky me!

I was told that the batch should arrive sooner than August 22nd also. Lets hope that your CS is right!

It dont matter if you ordered it or won it. Nobody knows nothing about nothing. Lego will not tell anyone who's getting their set, when they planned to deliver it. They will not even tell you if you order it if you got it or not. Complete silence. Thats whats boosting the secondary market. Lego have shaped this hype themself.

Same here. Mini Mech shipped today. 41999 still Backordered. Asked CS if i was guaranteed a set but no answer. They told me just wait and see...if i getting one.

Well, its time for some update regarding the order status message "Customer Service" - Admins haven't verified your order yet "In Process" - Your order is verified. Anyone having another message? My order went from Customer Service to In Process. The Mini-Mech got In Process and the 41999 got Backordered. Right now Order History is not viewable. Anyone else experiencing troubles viewing? I'll wait until i've got the shipping email. I'd like to recieve some more information about my order. Did I get one or not? Why is process so slow? Bad information, CS giving different information about the statuses. Please hand out more information about our orders!

Whoa! I ordered 7:10 CET, my order just went from "Customer Service" to "In Process" but no shipping mail. They told me that they may have overrun the set and going through all the orders manually.

It was indeed available at 7am GMT+1. Made my order at that time and got a confirmation email a couple of minutes ago. Called Customer Service when they opened and told me that S@H got 4700 of these sets. I dont think they stock 4700 right away but have 4700 sets to sell. That would cause the backorder message. The customer service also told that they did got sold out this morning. S@H is now down, maybe for still accepting orders after they're sold out... Some will not get happy messages...

4700 to be correct. And they're sold out. Talked to the customer service right away. Free shipping is right, the amout is getting corrected when the order ships.

What if the orders exceeds 20 000 at this time? Some get their orders cancelled? Happy times then! 4x4 might be a slow rider meaning that the orders must be handled manually to correct all taxes, shipping and so on... The site clearly states that "Product availability may be inaccurate during this time."

Yeah. Managed to order one at last. First payment card was refused after three attempts making it banned on site for 24 hours...and phone orders are unavailable at this time. Swapped to another computer and another card and got the order processed. I called S@H yesterday and they told me that US have their own order system and site separate from the rest. Do they charge the card now or when the order ship?
