General Magma's LOTR Figures
Nightshroud99 replied to General Magma's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I really like the shield, the fact that's it's painted on makes it more realistic. I also love your helmets, and that chainmail fellow is great! -
LEGO's 80th Anniversary... of what?
Nightshroud99 replied to davee123's topic in General LEGO Discussion
lol I have to agree, but it's not surprising. That's what companies do, especially when something is aimed at children. -

That's the best V-Wing I've seen! -
Well that doesn't look like LEGO, but seriously why were his parents letting a 3 year old play with such small toys?!

What was the last movie you watched?
Nightshroud99 replied to EbonHawk's topic in Culture & Multimedia
The Last Picture Show. A stark reminder at the capriciousness of life, a really good film but sad. -
I haven't seen this film, but after watching the speech I now want to. I think you did a very good job with your moc, it seems to capture the fell of the scene quite well.

Amazing job, I've favorited this topic so I can look at it again sometime.

100% Purist chris nolan Batman figures
Nightshroud99 replied to The Joker1's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I quite like Harvey Dent. Very good job. -
DUNE, book 1 at least. Very interesting book.. I'm only 70 pages in though. It's also kind of confusing, what with all the make-believe names for things. But the story starts to get a hold of you. I finished Game of Thrones a few weeks ago so I will probably be starting a Clash of Kings soon as well.

I'm not sure if this topic will be locked or not, but you seem genuine. I have seen a lot of supernatural things in my life, way too much to write down here. And those experiences weren't ghosts either... I didn't know there was a topic for UFO's either; but I know people in the military who have seen them.

More like strung up and pelted with rocks, then slowly tortured until death. The guy called himself the Joker even, he is beyond deranged. And the sad thing is that this, like Columbine, will be remembered for a very long time. People will think of Dark Knight Rises and how it's premiere was truly a dark, dark night for those 59 wounded, 12 dead, and their families...

I've only played Medieval 2, but they are making a new Rome Total War so I will definitely get that.

Truly an outstanding review Kiel, I really like how you compared all the figures. I hadn't known that the Obi-Wan in this set was different than last years. That being said, I won't get this. I will feel rotten inside after paying $70 for it. It's not an iconic vehicle, only two new figures which I don't care about, and it's from Episode 1. Oh and too few pieces for the price, not that I even build but still... It makes me feel better when it seems like I'm getting my moneys worth.

Really nice job, that full set of armor reminds me of the Dwarf armor in Skyrim. It's certainly menacing enough, I wonder how an orc could kill a Dwarf armored so well?

I was telling my friend the other day, on Facebook, that people always need to b**ch about something. It was on the subject of piercings and tattoos, but it applies here as well. If you don't like it then ignore it, this is similar to discrimination against races. People need to understand that other people like different things and to live with it/grow up. I used to like Mega Bloks, but I don't anymore. However, I do not go around telling people not to buy them and that they are crap, just that the plastic quality is a bit less and that the instructions are confusing. The sets are very nice in my opinion, but I'd rather spend my money on LEGO.

Noooo I don't live anywhere near there! Such an outstanding MOC, I hope the store paid you well for crafting such a spectacular masterpiece.

Wow would you look at that, my translation is... "Ban me Please" Great job Penguin, though I may need to rest my eyes. :p

He doesn't look quite sex-crazed enough. The face seems a bit too light-hearted. Still, a nice job.

More consumers in America, it makes perfect sense. Besides, you listed Native American..twice. What about the highlander? Bavarian boy? Viking? Valkyrie? There are plenty of European equivalents.
