well no luck but I did pick up a Kracken Attackin so it wasn't a total waste . Guess I'll order it through shop at home at least that way I can pick up some extra bricks while I'm at it. Unfortunate they don't offer pirate minifigs.

closest lego store is dallas and thats a good 3 hours away but there are some rural walmart stores I could try out thanks for the tip.

No conquering yet lol, yes I am in the US. I know there are places I can order online and in fact I would use the lego shop before amazon but I was just wondering if maybe you guys knew of some shops that might carry it that I hadn't thought of yet. edit: target, walmart, and TRU are the only places I have been able to find lego pirates so far and none of them have the pirate impulse sets. TRU sells some impulse sets but not pirates.

So I have been looking for this set for the last couple weeks and I can't find it anywhere. I even went to TRU (ugh) and neither of them near me had it. Worst case I will order a few from the lego website but I would much prefer to find a local store that carries them and pick it up. I live in central Texas if that helps. Could anyone let me know what stores they have seen this in locally (preferably in the states) so I could check them out.
