Thanks! I think I will definetly build the MF in the near future. But maybe within one or two years because I don't want to spend so much money at once. (There are other sets as well ;) ) But I thought it would be wise to buy some pieces like the radar dish now when they are still cheap(er).

Minifig scale :D I think this set shouldn't be a problem but Minas Tirith could be difficult!

More than 225 Pounds :-) I don't know it exactly but I think as much as you did. 95-97 % of the parts are new but I replaced some expensive internal parts. I also replaced the lbg/lbg levers and used lbg/black levers. It was the first time that I used bricklink so I guess it is possible to save a few euros!

Probably the best solution. But you will find the weight of every part on Bricklink.

I was also brave/crazy enough to "bricklink" the 10143 UCS Death Star II (from scratch). :) It was a great project and this thread inspired me! Thanks a lot!
