It seems to come down to how much room is available. I like to watch the trains go around so I have a double track with switched sidings for trains in waiting while two run. I hope to build a bigger layout, with multi levels so I can have three trains running and do switching operations. If I ever get the storage area cleaned out, I am going to build a 20'x10' layout. I currently have 6 or 7 8-wide trains so I need a bigger layout. While I plan to add buildings, I only build trains I hate to waste bricks!

Same ol song, new product; Emerald Night, one source, Lego stores Lego website store, no advertising, very little promotion. You don't have to go to the meeting to see the outcome of this one. Limited distribution = low sales = no $$$$ Oh well, my three year old granddaughter and I are enjoying trains and crashes while the motors last!
